How would I write a program that reads 3 columns and each column has 100 numbers of type int one at a time in c++ ? I'm lost after this:
int file1[100];
int file2[100];
int file3[100];
I am new to iPhone development. I just registered with Apple for the iPhone Developer Program. When I try to build, I am receiving an error:
Code Sign error: a valid provisioning profile matching the application’s identifier could not be found
I'm not sure what is wrong. I tried browsing the Internet but I get confused. Can anyone help me with what I should do?
Are there any good tutorials out there to develop a selectable TreeView in Visual Studios?
What I am searching for is for something that would display my drives in a tree view and have a checkbox next to each drive, folder and file. This will be used in a replication program. Thanks a million.
My iPhone app started logging this error:
lo-hi recycling invariant violated!
followed by:
Program received signal: “EXC_BAD_ACCESS”
whenever I launched it on my iPod (3.1.3) and sometimes when I launch it in the simulator.
What does this error mean, and how can I fix it?
I am using cover-flow in my app. I think this might be the problem.
Thanks in advance.
Hello i need some help i work for a small non profit teaching program and i would like to change the logo of Subsonic. The logo where you connect to and login is this possible.

I am using JNI to initialize classes in my jar files present at the classpath. But created executable uses java and displays ugly command prompt when my program starts. I want to configure my JNI to use javaw instead. How can I achieve it?
Platform: Windows 7
In what circumstances would updating a UI control from a non-UI thread could cause the processes' handles to continually increase, when using a delegate and .InvokeRequired?
For example:
public delegate void DelegateUIUpdate();
private void UIUpdate()
{
if (someControl.InvokeRequired)
{
someControl.Invoke(new DelegateUIUpdate(UIUpdate));
return;
}
// do something with someControl
}
When this is called in a loop or on timer intervals, the handles for the program consistently increase.
As per subject.
I have some constants hash defined like so:
#define CONST 40
I've set a break point in my program. How do I print the value of that constant? (I know I can just look at the source code, but I want to be sure of it)
I have a select form. After a user selects option A, B, or C I need to use Ajax to load another form based on the users decision.
I'm not asking for someone to program this for me. I am just wondering, does anyone know of any good resources to help me accomplish this?
Thanks for your time.
Is there a Java library/API available to interact with Windows OS, like executing commands on the command prompt and returning the output back to the program?
During compilation and linking.....what is use of .exp and what is the difference between .lib and .dll . I know that .lib will be used while linking and .dll will be used when running the program... but what exactly is the difference between .lib and .dll does .lib contain the code for the functions comming from .dll? please clarify me... thanks inadvance
I have create a java applet program and compiled, it generates a class file.
while running the applet viewer in command prompt it shows a following warning message.
D:\Applets\Appletsappletviewer FirstApplet.java
Warning: Can't read AppletViewer properties file: C:eswaran_s.VMSPL.hotjava\properties Using defaults.
After I have run this command once again, it does not shows a warning messsage but the applet viewer is not running.
How can I solve this issue?
Hey, id like to make this as fast as possible because it gets called A LOT in a program i'm writing, so is there any faster way to initialize a C++ vector to random values than:
double range;//set to the range of a particular function i want to evaluate.
std::vector<double> x(30, 0.0);
for (int i=0;i<x.size();i++) {
x.at(i) = (rand()/(double)RAND_MAX)*range;
}
EDIT:Fixed x's initializer.
I have a level class and a Enemy_control class that is based off an vector that takes in Enemys as values.
in my level constructor I have:
Enemy tmp( 1200 );
enemys.Add_enemy( tmp ); // this adds tmp to the vector in Enemy_control
enemys being a variable of type Enemy_control. My program crashes after these statements complaining about some destructor problem in level and enemy_control and enemy.
Any ideas?
I've noticed that changing the background color of an android widget (f.ex. Button or TextView) by program:
myButton.setBackgroundColor(Color.BLUE);
makes it to loose its 3D shape, border, and shadows effects, and then appears like a ugly flat square. What am I missing?
Sorry for the very naive question but I couldn't get it right although tried for a time.
It's fairly simple to play a sound file, say temp.wav, from Visual Studio C#. I'm looking for a way to do this without temp.wav being locatable from the machine running the program.
IE - I want to read the .WAV file into my solution so that it is somehow inside of my .EXE and be played by it.
Is this possible?
Hi all, We need to find a way to programatically *link all the tables* in a SQL Server database to an access db. We will be invoking this access database from a program that uses .net/SQL Server 2008.
While invoking the application we would like to add the linked tables so that the users can just run the reports/modules from access without having to worry about linking the tables. Is there a way we can do this?
Thanks!
I have started to study C. I'm using Linux console and I would like to do a program which outputs random characters until ESC is pressed. How can I make such a keyboard handler?
Hi,
I'm looking for a free solution just to learn how to develop applications for Blackberry and iPhone on Windows that includes a Blackberry and iPhone simulator.
The closest program I came across to this was DragonFireSDK but its not free. Any suggestions?
CodeBlocks is not linking extension SDL Libraries like SDL_mixer and SDL_image? I followed Lazy Foo's tutorial for SDL 1.2 but I am compiling my program in SDL 2.0. The compiler is showing an error with the linking of the libraries though without the mixer library it is working.
My linker setting look like this.
//This is working
-lmingw32 -lSDL2main -lSDL2
//But with the additional mixer library it is not working
-lmingw32 -lSDL2main -lSDL2 -lSDL_mixer
Please help!
Modern keyboards have special multimedia keys, e.g. 'Pause/Play' or 'Open Web Browser'. Is it possible to write a program that "presses" these keys?
I would prefer solution in C, but I would accept a language agnostic solution, too.
I'm writing a program in C# using the WPF framework. I need to display images, and I'd like to cache them to avoid downloading them constantly.
I can code my own cache, however, IE already has a caching system. I can find code to read entries out of the IE cache, however I've found nothing dealing with the issue of adding items to the cache. Is there a good way to do it, or should I just implement a separate cache?
I'm working on a data mining research project and use code from a big svn.
Apparently one of the methods I use from that svn uses randomness somewhere without asking for a seed, which makes 2 calls to my program return different results. That's annoying for what I want to do, so I'm trying to locate that "uncontrolled" randomness.
Since the classes I use depend on many other, that's pretty painful to do by hand. Any idea how I could find where that randomness comes from ?
Hi all,
Sorry to ask this as I thought I knew the answer, I want to exit the program if userName is greater than 4 characters or userName is not an account called student. However this even if the userName is only 3 characters and is not student I'm still hitting Application.Exit. What am I doing wrong?
if (userName.Length > 4 | userName != "student")
{
Application.Exit();
}
Shame on me :-(
