    I got this little snippet where I call a Battlefield 3 stat server. If you visit this URL, which I'm calling, we'll be getting no errors: http://api.bf3stats.com/pc/server/?output=json&id=534f7035-cef8-48aa-b233-8d44a0956e68 But when I try to get the stats via Ajax call, I get: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token : ... In my console I can see that the response is coming in, as when I visit the url, but I can't get the data with the ajax call...     I am working on a simple news module. There is a form where user adds multiple image IDs to one textbox then submits it. To improve the usability, I listed all the images they can add (ID numbers displayed next to it) on one side. However, this still is little bit confusing. I want image IDs added/deleted to the textbox when user clicks on the images. Spare me codes, methods, ideas, examples... I will take anything.

    if I have 4 variables startTime; endTime; startMerid; endMerid; startMarid and endMarid are either going to be 'AM' or 'PM'. but startTime and endTime are going to be strings like 'dd:dd' so it may be start:12:30 PM and end:5:30 PM How can I validate that the end time is not before the start time?   • Prevent hash navigation url

    I have the following problem: I'm using a slider (coda) to let people navigate trough some 'pages'. The slider uses hash links to navigate to the next page/slide. If a user is at page one (#page1), there is a link which will lead the user to page 2 (#page2) and so on. At the top of the slider the numbers of the pages appear as a link, but only when the page is visited. So if there are six pages and the user navigates from the first to the second and then the third one, there are only three links at the top of the slider (to page one, two and three). The problem is that a user can navigate to page five (or any page actually) without first visiting the pages previous to page five by just using the hash URL and typing the whole link in their address bar. For example if I would type www.mydomain.com/slider/index.php#page5 the slider automatically navigates to the fifth slide/page of the slider and thereby skipping the first four. I want to allow users to navigate to #page5 only if they have visited the first four (So by clicking trough the slides). This means that if they would go to #page5 directly by typing the URL in the address bar, I would like them to be send to the first page (#page1). Does anyone have any idea on solving this?

So it got me thinking can I somehow set it in my project to always take my "development scripts" and minify them automatically. Right now if I make a change to my script I have to remember to minify it once I am done otherwise I could be using a out to day version. So it would be cool if I could just set up like so when I build it takes all my development scripts and then minifys them. How could I do something like this?

    I want to trigger event just right after I stop typing (not while typing) characters in my input textbox.   • css position question: layers with z-index?

A calculation is performed to return their distance from the users current location based on the latitude/longitude. I would like to return only the record with the shortest calculated distance.   • save jQuerry changes to css file on server

    I'm developing a system that allows for changing some of the css parameters without accessing the code. To achieve that I have jQuerry objects like sliders and draggers which influence how the site looks user side, eg. $("#MainContent").css("width", "55%");. Now I need a way to append those changes to a .css file on the server. Let me clarify that this is sort of a CMS system, and only administrator of the system would have this option, not the visitors of user-end site. I realise that .css is one for all users. Ideal solution would connect to the server every time user makes a change, and replace only one line of css code. But I have no idea how to do it efficiently or if it at all possible.

For example, a return of my variable px will be something like -88.4029.032940598. vx is the x vector and mult is the distance of the line plus distance to calculate the point.
