• "No Suggestions" in NetBeans

  For a few days now I'm using NetBeans 6.8 for doing PHP work. But even if a class-file is included and the methods are public and there's phpDoc used, NetBeans everytime shows "No Suggestions" in the window. E.g. I type $user-> and press CTRL+Space, I do expect all the methods and variables but there aren't shown any. ideas?

• Mysql select most frequent and sort alphabetically

  I am trying to select the most common 100 names from a table then display the list showing the names and count. I want the user to be able to re-sort the list alphabetically rather than based on count. I thought the following code would do it. It works for the default sort by count but fails on the sort alphabetically. The line "$count = mysql_num_rows($table);" gives an error: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given. It's stored as <!--more--> in the database, but when you use the_content() this is automatically changed before I have the chance to use a str_replace() function. However, given that it's binary-safe would it work properly if it was only given valid UTF-8 strings as arguments?
