  • Getting "invalid XML in the response" while checking out my project from github

    I was trying to get fresh copy of my project from github using tortoise svn client. But I am getting following exception. The PROPFIND request returned invalid XML in the response: XML parse error at line 1: no element found (Checkout from https://github.com/anoopchaurasia/JavaScript-File-Manager.git) When I tried to checkout using subeclipse on Eclipse, it saying "Folder does not exist.". I am able to checkout same repository on my other system.

    I have datetime fieldI have datetime field into the database which stores the universal time i.e. UTC time. I want to show the datetime at the client machine in clients time zone and format. Example: Someone from US updated the database field for a site and it is stored into the UTC format. Someone from India goes and sees the site . What i want is that the person from India sees the time in IST or from Australia sees in his local machines time format not the server time format and zone. Whats the best way to do this ??     I'm a python guy and very new to R (so far, all I've done is copy-paste code and screen-shot the resulting, graph). I would now like to actually learn the language so that I can draw useful plots (right now, I am trying to plot this). In attempting my first plot, I came across this function call: sets_options("universe", seq(from = 0, to = 25, by = 0.1)) Now, I would like to know if I can achieve the same result by calling sets_options("universe", seq(0, 25, 0.1)) The help page for seq doesn't speak to this specifically (or I'm not reading it correctly), so I was hoping someone could shed some light on how R handles positional arguments I tried calling the function that way in R and it worked (no syntax errors, etc), but I don't know how to test the output of that function, so I'm forced to ask here

  • Increasing the character length of the Title Column in Sharepoint Site

    Is it possible to increase the length of the Title column for a site above the 255 characters. My requirement is that I use a field that is longer than the maximum 255 chars but because the Title column is a required field I need to enter something in it. Rather than enter garbage just because I have to, I would like to use it. If not, then my current thoughts for a workaround will be make a copy of the first 255 chars of a seperate column that I am able to make longer.

The overriden method is called although the instance type of the base class is used and not the instance of the derived type. Now I am confused because a former question of mine Type parameter declaration must be identifier not a type is about calling the overriding generic method with the instance of base type which did NOT work!

  • utl_file.FCLOSE() is slow with large files

    We are using utl_file in Oracle 10g to copy a blob from a table row to a file on the file system and when we call utl_file.fclose() it takes a long time. It's a 10mb file, not very big, and it takes just over a minute to complete. Anyone know why this would be so slow? Thanks

  • Is it possible to Load hbm.xml info at app startup instead of via an embedded resource?

    All of the NHibernate examples I've see that use hbm files have the hbm.xml file set as an embedded resource with "do not copy" chosen in the file properties. This means that if a database column name were to change in production, the app would have to be recompiled with the changes in the hbm.xml file during build time. Is there any way to make NHibernate load the hbm.xml files from the file system at application startup instead of using an embedded version?

    There are many ways the value of a <input type="text"> can change, including: keypresses copy/paste modified with JavaScript auto-completed by browser or a toolbar I want my JavaScript function to be called (with the current input value) any time it changes. And I want it to be called right away, not just when the input loses focus. I'm looking for the cleanest and most robust way to do this across all browsers (using jQuery preferably). Example use case: On the Twitter Signup page, the username field's value gets shown in the url "http://twitter/username" below it.
