    Hi, i have these methods in module1/actions/actions.class.php: public function executeMethod1(sfWebRequest $request){ $a = 10; sfContext::getInstance()->set('a', $a); return $this->redirect('module1/method2'); } public function executeMethod2(sfWebRequest $request){ echo sfContext::getInstance()->get('a'); } When i execute module1/method1 i get this error: "The "a" object does not exist in the current context."     in R , when i use "print", i can see all the values, but how can i save this as a vector for example, in for loop, for (i in 1:10), i want the value of A , when i= 1,2,3,4..... but if i use the x=A, it only have the final value of A which is the value when i = 10. so , how can i save the vaule in print(A)

    Good day, I've ran into a problem with opening a file with randomly generated name in Python 2.6. import random random = random.randint(1,10) localfile = file("%s","wb") % random Then I get an error message about the last line TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for %: 'file' and 'int' I just couldn't figure this out by myself nor with Google, but there has to be a cure for this, I believe. In the controller I have this: videos_count = params[:videos_count] @cars = Car.paginate( :page => params[:page], :per_page => 10, :conditions => ["videos_count = ?", videos_count], when the box is checked I see the correct parameter in the server log, but the find returns all of the results instead of results with videos_count = 1.

  • Sliding through divs at interval - jQuery

    Hey, I have a list of around 30 divs (see below.) and would like to hear any suggestions on the best way to rotate through them by sliding in one at the top and removing one from the bottom at a set time. Something like every 5-10 seconds. Also even though there are 30 on the page I would only like to show a list of 10 and have the rest show as mentioned. A great example would be www.foursquare.com and their recent activity section. I would like to do the same except with a predetermined amount of divs instead of real-time using ajax.     I want to place a player (flash) in the top-right corner of a page and that player will change it songs based on what play button is clicked (they are in the center of the page). Do I have to use ActionScript in order to accomplish that? If I have to, how? I want something like hits: Each time the user clicks one of the 10 buttons the song playing in the player in the top-right should change into the selected song. Thanks in advance!

    I have setup OpenVPN on my server, and I am able to connect to it just fine, and browse the web, etc, from the client box. If I set the following option in the client config, I can no longer browse the web via domain name: redirect-gateway def1 On the server, I have run the following command: iptables -t nat -s 10.8.0.0/24 -A POSTROUTING -j SNAT --to myserver'sIP but that hasn't changed anything. Can anyone help suggest something?

    I have a simple slideshow (jQuery Cycle) that displays an image every ten seconds (7 total images). In an adjacent div, I have a list with 7 bullet points. What's the easiest way to script a method in which the css/style of the appropriate bullet point changes as its accompanying image. The idea is to have all list items displayed, but 1 highlighted every 10 seconds?
