I have a snippet to display the popwindow on click of a button which is given below: window.open(url,'popupWindow','toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,copyhistory=no,width=650,height=500,screenX=150,screenY=150,top=150,left=150,overflow-x:hidden') with this, i am not able to have th vertical scrollbar if i have the more than expected content in it, How can i get the vertical scroll bar display byitself whenever needed?

I think maybe use a keyup event... Any ideas?

• git recognizes directory as file

  A recent issue has arised. I have my local copy of code at ~/code/ directory where I made a git init. Whenever I copied a folder with files within it, git recognized folders and files normally. But today I copied a folder and when I did a git status, git recognized hw2/ folder as a file. Additionally, I removed .git folder and reinitialized git and now every folder is recognized as file. Any ideas why this could be?

  I've read about the ReSharper external sources feature in ReSharper 5. But when attempting to use it on a .NET 4.0 project, but my attempts to make it work / use it have failed. Whenever I attempt to navigate to "Sources from Symbol Files" - I just get the message that the symbols are not available. Are the debug symbols for .NET 4 not released yet or are they placed somewhere else? It works fine and downloads the proper symbols for .NET 3.5 projects.

  i have a parent window and a child window. in javascript, i want a function in child window to be called whenever the parent window loads a new page. i'd like to use something similar to jQuery's $(document).ready() so that I don't have to worry about whether the parent is done loading yet - but ready() only appears to fire when the window loads the first page - but not when, say, a link is clicked in the parent and it loads a second page. any suggestions? thanks.

  I'm witting an application based on a server and various client but I'm having a problem with the send command. Whenever I do ctrl+c on the client side the send operation kills the thread which is in and the process running (in order to have multiple clients I set a thread to which one). If the client ends (doing the close socket) properly the server doesn't die, but when I use the ctrl+c combination on the client both exit.   This is really weird. Whenever I call something like if(empty($this->input->post("foo")){//blabla} The whole PHP is "down" and I get a blank page from the website (even when I don't pass through this empty(input) line). I know this is not the right method and it is stupid, I change the code to if(!$this->input->post("foo")){//blabla} Better I guess ? Seriously, how come the empty(input) breaks down the entire PHP page ? (I can't get any echo "something").

• bundles in symfony 1.4?

  whenever i add a feature i want to have all files (php, css, js, img etc) in one folder. i know that this bundle feature will come with symfony 2.0 but i wonder if i can have all files in one folder/plugin in symfony 1.4 cause it seems that you have to have the js/css/img in web/ folder? thanks
