Pagination, next page doesn`t display

Maybe you know where is my problem?
Now I know where is my problem.
In first page I have link:
http://localhost/index.php/rank/GetAll
But on the next:
http://localhost/rank/GetAll/30
In secend link, I don`t have index.php. How can I fix it?
