  • How set default opened JQuery UI tab another than first

    I have big web application using JQuery UI Tabs. In central JS file I have setted all tabs. Using $("#tabs").tabs; But on one page I need to have selected another tab than first. If I use $("#tabs").{ selected: add }); (name of tab is #add) Its not running, probably because Tabs are already set up. Does anyone know how to set opened another than first tab (in default state - after loading page) if tabs are already turned on? I hope, you will understand, my English is pretty terrible.

  • How to index small words (3 letters) with SQL Full-text search?

    I have an Incident table with one row that has the value 'out of office' in the Description column. However the following query does not return that row. SELECT * FROM Incident WHERE CONTAINS( (Incident.Description), '"out*"' ) The word 'out' is not in the noise file (I cleared the noise file completely). Is it because SQL Full-text search does not index small words? Is there a setting for that? Note: I'm on SQL 2005.

  • Interesting XSL Dilemma

    I've got this issue. A template called "checkbox" that's called from while inside a table HTML element and also outside of it. To solve an issue, I've added tags to "checkbox" input control. Here's what I'd like to do to but I'm not sure if it's possible or not. When I hit my "row" (part of the custom table markup) template, I would set some variable or pass some parameter, that for each template applied afterwards, would know it was in a "row" and do something special based on this information. I know I can't add parameters to apply-templates. I may be able to add a row "mode" but I can't make changes to each template and have one copy with the mod parameter and one without. Thanks for any suggestions. I know the ideal solution would to be to make changes to the XML but I'm not sure if I can do that as this point. That's a "content" issue. :P Thanks!

In the add view it works just fine. But the edit view renders the OptionsAndFeatures as blank.     Hello all. My issue is trying to determine a number of objects created, the objects being serialized from an XML document. The XML document should be set up for simplicity, so any developer can add an additional object and need no further modification to the code. However each of these objects need to be handled/updated seperately, and specifically, some of the objects are of different sub-classes, which need to be handled differently. Here is some pseudocode for what I am going for class A { public B myClassB; public void Update() { // for every object of whatever type in myClassB // update logic } } XML: <\data <\object1 etc... So what would be my simplest course of action, allowing other to add objects via the XML, but still ensuring the proper logic happenes for each?

When I am trying the same thing using Enumerable.Range(0, appSettings.Count).Select(i => { string Key = appSettings.Keys[i]; string Value = appSettings[i]; euFileDictionary.Add(Key, Value); }).ToDictionary<string,string>(); I am getting a compile time error The type arguments for method 'System.Linq.Enumerable.Select(System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable, System.Func)' cannot be inferred from the usage.     Hi guys, I have an HTML form consisting of some text-inputs. I'm using jqTransform to prettify them. Now I want to add two buttons that will add and remove text-input dynamically. Adding is easy: $('#container').append(''); $('input[name=foo]:last-child').jqTransInputText(); But removing is tricky: $('WHAT-TO-SELECT').remove(); I can't do "input[name=foo]:last-child" since it's already wrapped (some divs) by jqTransform. To put this question in another way: How do I select based on "who has child of type input with 'foo' as its name"?

    I have a script where it accepts a varying number of arguments. I want to use func_get_args to perform operations on said arguments. If I have one function like this: function Something() { foreach(func_get_args($this) as $functions) { // Do something } // Return.. } I want to be able to call this function in, for example, another function to add/save entries. The add/save function would have arguments 'title', 'description' etc.. I basically want to know if there is a way to detect the context of a function call. Can I pass something to func_get_args that will let it know that its called in a certain function? So if I do: function Save($title, $desc) { $vars = $this->Something(); } I want $vars to contain $title and $desc after modifying them.

  • How can i access my custom webpart in sharepoint foundation 2010?

    Hi, So i just started trying to develop a simple webpart today for a sharepoint foundation i put on a virtual machine. I have no previous experience with sharepoint whatsoever. As i cant run a sharepoint 2010 on my local machine for dev purposes i followed advices in this thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/sharepoint2010programming/thread/cda807f6-4edf-4efc-8e9b-4d446356c8ae to able to actually develop something (just the registry bit). I created the simple test web part (writes out "hi"), uploaded it to virtual machine, added it with add-spsolution and install-spsolution in powershell with success. When i do get-solution through powershell on my webpart it says deployed = true. What am i missing from here to get it to actually show up somewhere in the web interface so i can add it to a page?     Lets say that I have a database structure with three tables that look like this: items - item_id - item_handle attributes - attribute_id - attribute_name item_attributes - item_attribute_id - item_id - attribute_id - attribute_value I would like to be able to do this in SQLAlchemy: item = Item('item1') item.foo = 'bar' session.add(item) session.commit() item1 = session.query(Item).filter_by(handle='item1').one() print item1.foo # => 'bar' I'm new to SQLAlchemy and I found this in the documentation (http://www.sqlalchemy.org/docs/05/mappers.html#mapping-a-class-against-multiple-tables): j = join(items, item_attributes, items.c.item_id == item_attributes.c.item_id). \ join(attributes, item_attributes.c.attribute_id == attributes.c.attribute_id) mapper(Item, j, properties={ 'item_id': [items.c.item_id, item_attributes.c.item_id], 'attribute_id': [item_attributes.c.attribute_id, attributes.c.attribute_id], }) It only adds item_id and attribute_id to Item and its not possible to add attributes to Item object. Is what I'm trying to achieve possible with SQLAlchemy? Is there a better way to structure the database to get the same behaviour of "dynamic columns"?

  • Using calculated fields over and over again with a new table

    I'm fairly new to SQL and i had to do some calculations using a table.Imagine we have a table with fields : ID - Name - Val1 - Val2 ; Lets say i want to add up 2 values and add it to my query result.I can do that easily with a sub query such as: select val1+val2 as valtotal,* from my table. Now if i want to do some more process on valtotal, i use a derived table such as; select valtotal*3 as ValMoreCalculated,* from (select val1+val2 as valtotal,* from my table) AS A A bit more code maybe?? select ValMoreCalculated/valtotal as ValEvenMoreCalc ,* from (select valtotal*3 as ValMoreCalculated,* from (select val1+val2 as valtotal,* from my table) AS A)AS B So if i want to do more calculations with the ValMoreCalculated do i have to go through another derived table? Name it as B for example? Is there an easier way to achieve this in SQL? PS:the title is a bit off i know,but couldn't figure out what to name it :P

So here's what I have right now (in php): $query = "SELECT * FROM products WHERE (products.colors LIKE '%black%')"; But I only want to select rows where the value for the column "category" equals "bracelet".     I hope someone understands what happens to my NSMutableArray. I read records a, b, c, d from a database, load the fields into an object an add the object to an array. To do this I read the records into an instance of that object (tmpEvent) and add the Object to the target array (NSMutableArray myArray). the code looks like: for (condition) { tmpEvent.field1 = [NSString stringWithUTF8String:(char*)sqlite3_column_text(stmt, 0)]; tmpEvent.field2 = [NSString stringWithUTF8String:(char*)sqlite3_column_text(stmt, 1)]; tmpEvent.field3 = [NSString stringWithUTF8String:(char*)sqlite3_column_text(stmt, 2)]; NSLog(@"myArray: adding %@", tmpEvent.field1); [myArray addObject:tmpEvent]; } The NSLog shows myArray: adding a myArray: adding b myArray: adding c myArray: adding d Subsequent I enumerate the array (this can be in the same or a different method): for (myObject *records in myArray) { NSLog(@"iEvents value %@", records.field1); } The NSLog now shows: myArray value d myArray value d myArray value d myArray value d a mystery .... ??? any thoughts?

    Hi, I'm using ruby to sort an array where each element in the array is another array. I have this: Data = Data.SortBy { |Info| info[3] } example data in this column: 3.1 2 5.65 -1 0.4 -9.43 -10.87 -2.3 It should sort this into: 5.65 3.1 2 0.4 -1 -2.3 -9.43 -10.87 But it comes out like this: 5.65 3.1 2 0.4 -1 -10.87 -2.3 -9.43 It's only comparing the first char of the float... not the whole number?
