Now one Submit button is the default focused control. but I need to set the default focus to another imagebutton. Can only use $(document).ready(function(){ctrl.focus();} ? or has another property to fulfill it?
I'm deploying a small conversion tool on some systems, and want the users to be able to run it from the right click Open with menu. But I don't want to change the default program users have associated to this file type.
It is easy to associate a file extension/type to a program, but how to do it without changing the default program?

I would like to also validate the fields using jquery validate.
How can i get the validater to ignore the default input?
For the menu system, is there a way to set one of the menu items to be expanded by default? I can't get my home menu item to be expanded on the homepage (at the least), and I'd like it to be expanded whenever one of the other ones isn't.
I'm using Drupal 5, and the Taxonomy Menu module. Taxonomy Menu is pretty good with 95% of my pages, but some are static "About Us" type pages, which I'd like to have the home menu as default for, and then there's the homepage.
Hello
I have this configuration for ehCache:

eternal="false"
timeToIdleSeconds="20"
timeToLiveSeconds="20"
overflowToDisk="false"

I use ckeditor with a default content. Then I initialize (replace textarea) CKEditor with jquery and I edit the text.
The problem is that var data = $( 'textarea.editor' ).val(); returns default content and also getData().
What I have to do to grab the actual content?
Thank you very much
var ed = $( '#ed' ).ckeditor(
{toolbar :[
{ name: 'basicstyles', items : [ 'Bold','Italic' ] },
{name: 'link', items:['Link']},
{ name: 'colors', items : [ 'TextColor' ] }
]
}
);
We have a tab control containing some textboxes for doing a search. When you keypress inside one of the textboxes, the tab control sets the default button to be the button immediately following the tab control. This is fine because that's the search button.
The problem occurs after the button is clicked and results returned. Now there is no default button, and keypress does nothing. Any suggestions?
What is the default for ClientIdMode on
a) Page
b) Control
c) UserControl
From what I have read it is Predictable, Inherit, Inherit. I expected the default on the Page to be AutoId. Wouldn't Predictable break things?
hi,
I'm using Drupal Video CCK Fields.
I'm using a default thumbnail for all my videos since I don't have the generator installed.
I was wondering if it is possible to use a different default Video thumbnail for each node.
thanks
I am using Visual Studio 2008 with C#. Is there a way to set the default editor for a class file containing a DataTable derived class? Whenever I double click on one of these classes to open the file VS attempts to open a component designer. Since my class isn't compatible with that editor this is a rather useless default. I would like these files to open up in the normal code editor.
How to change the Windows Application's default icon with other one in C# desktop application. I am trying to change it in Setup Project but it is not. I want to show my own icon with Application's shortcut rather then windows default icon
Hi,
I need to have an event fired whenever any AppDomain unloads - including the default one of the process. The problem with AppDomain.DomainUnload is that it only fires for non-default AppDomains. Furthermore, AppDomain.ProcessExit has limited execution time, which I cannot rely on.
Any suggestions as to how I can achieve this would be greatly appreciated!
(Alternatively, having an event fired when a background thread (Thread.IsBackground == True) works too.)
Thanks in advance.
I know I already managed to do this but can't remember how nor I can't find any documentation about this..
How can apply a filter by default on a object list view in the admin ?
I have an app which list quotes and those quotes have a status (ex: accepted, rejected, on hold ..).
I want the filter set on status='accepted' by default that is..
I need to show a large number of EditText controls on a screen, each of which will only allow entering 0-2 digits. The default EditText size is too wide for me to show enough EditText controls on a screen, but I have been unable to figure out how to make them narrower. I have tried the following attributes in XML: android:maxLength="2" android:layout_width="20dip" android:maxWidth="20px" android:ems="2" android:maxEms="2". So the question is: how can EditText be made smaller than default?
How do I get rid of the default "CakePHP: the rapid development php framework" link that shows up on the top left on every page of Cake app's with default configurations? It's not part of the view, and the only way I can think of is to display:none the div in the CSS.
I'm thinking there has to be some setting in the app's configuration.
I tested my Xamarin.Forms app on iOS and Android and found this difference when I change the orientation of the mobile device:
On iOS, the app keeps the current page
On Android, the app seems to restart using the default page (or probably pop all pages except the first one).
Since I've never seen this behavior in another Android app, I'd like to disable it. Moreover, I don't think that this behavior is Android default.
Which property do I need to set the make the Android target behave as the iOS target?
Just wondering if its possible to set a default tablespace in postgres to keep indexes. Would like the databases to live on the default tablespace for postgres, however, would like to get the indexes on a different set of disks just to keep the i/o traffic separated.
It does not appear to me that it can be done without going in and doing an ALTER index TABLESPACE command, and then the index is moved and will stay there, but the databases and indexes are part of a django app, so non-django intervention can cause some problems.
I was wondering which is the default memory allocator in G++ 4.4.1, on Ubuntu 9.1. I am interested in comparing different C++ allocators in a multithreaded environment. And where can I get more information about the default memory allocator?

I am new to Xforms and need help setting the default date in nodeset binding. I need to set the default date to be current date + 30 days. How do I do this?
A non static class can have static as well as default constructor at the same time.
What is the difference between these two constructors? When shall I go for only static or static with default constructor?
I have a java primitive type at hand:
Class c = int.class; // or long.class, or boolean.class
I'd like to get a 'default value' for this class - specifically the value is assigned to fields of this type if they are not initialized. E.g., '0' for a number, 'false' for a boolean.
Is there a generic way to do this? I tried
c.newInstance()
But I'm getting an InstantiationException, and not a default instance.
How can I change the program a file is opened with by default (or at least add that program in the list of programs from Open With... ) using C# or VB.NET ?
What I mean is, I would like to have programs with the extension abc open by default by the program abc.exe. Or, have the program abc.exe in the list of programs that will be shown in the context menu on the "Open With" option, for files with extension "xls".
This may be a stupid question, but are the default aliases (e.g. cd) hardcoded in powershell or defined in a hidden "profile" script somewhere? I don't have any profiles set (per-user or system-wide) so I'm just wondering where the default ones come from.
