• Eclipse PDT debugging web application: evaluating expressions in a console

  When using Eclipse PDT with XDebug to debug a PHP web application, is there any way to open up a console window that will allow me to type in and see the value of arbitrary expressions in the current scope? This would seem like an obvious element of the debugging environment, and I may be missing something, but the only thing resembling a console says "no consoles to display at this time"

• What appid should I use with netsh.exe ?

• Import .pem public and private keys to JKS keystore

  Hi, I have public and private keys in separate .pem files that I would need to get into a JKS keystore somehow. Tried using the -import command in KeyTool for this, which gives an "not an X.509 certificate" error. I'm guessing the solution has to do with OpenSSL, but I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. Would really appreciate any help with this, since I'm completely clueless with everything crypto-related. Thanks in advance, --Rolf

  The command cabal haddock has very useful --hyperlink-source option. I would like to have the source hyperlinked when building documentation with cabal install. The ticket #517 seems to be just about it: http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/hackage/ticket/517 However, perhaps it is possible to set this flag via ~/.cabal/config file? If not, how can I get working cabal-install build with the patch from #517 without installing Cabal-0.9, which is currently mandatory (due to one patch from December)?

• Windows Service Setup issue removing the windows service

  I'm doing a windows service setup project on VS2008, it has a custom action for setting app.config values. The setup work fine installing the service and setting the app.config values but when I try to uninstall the service, it removes the files but keep the service registered, so I can install it again using the setup, I need to use "sc delete " in the vs command prompt to proper remove the service... anyone have any idea which could be the issue here? Thank you.

I've already tried updating the element's class but this does not work if the browser's window has been opened maximized and no further size changes were made to the window (which is about 90% of the use cases we have for our product.... :( ) I'm stuck with a CSS-based solution however I think that I can make an exception in this case if it can easily be made IE7-specific (which means that other browsers will behave in a standard way with this). Please help!

  Hey guys, I'm trying to write a shell script under linux, which lists all folders (recursively) with a certain name and no symlink pointing to it. For example I have /home/htdocs/cust1/typo3_src-4.2.11 /home/htdocs/cust2/typo3_src-4.2.12 /home/htdocs/cust3/typo3_src-4.2.12 Now I want to go through all subdirectories of /home/htdocs and find those folders typo3_*, that are not pointed to from somewhere.   I have been running drush scripts (for drupal) with cygwin on my relatively fast windows machine, but I still have to wait about a minute for any drush command (specifically drush cache clear to execute). I'm quite sure it has something to do with the speed of cygwin since my fellow developers (who are running linux) can run these scripts in about 5 seconds. Is there a way to make cygwin use more memory and/or cpu per terminal?

  I just installed Visual Studio 2008, and am looking to use the Microsoft Intermediate Language Disassembler (ILDASM.exe) to look at some DLLs. Problem is, "ildasm" is not recognized on the command line, and I cannot find ildasm.exe anywhere in my VS 2008 install directory (e.g. c:\programs\Visual_Studio_9.0\). Any ideas? UPDATE: Found it! I am trying to use Rating Control from 3.0 Toolkit with VisualStudio 2008 Here are the problems: I am unable to see designer view after adding Rating Control and few other controls. I am not getting any errors or warnings on markup or while compiling. Trying to access Property window for any control is giving me this message " Property Editing not available". • Debugging: Attach to Process for Console App running inside cmd.exe

  How do you "Attach to Process..." for a console application thats running from a CMD window and not launched by F5? The reason I ask is because the application takes command line arguments and I want to have a genuine experience. I've even attaching to CMD.exe, but no luck, or setting a break-point using Console.ReadKey() with also no luck. I'm kind of at a loss here. Is this possible?
