  Hello! I have compiled my Qt application and now have the following question - now my built project requires QtCore4.dll and QtGui4.dll to be located at the same folder where the .exe file is. (I built my project using MSVS2008 with Qt addon) Q: Is there any way to combine my final application with these .dll files so that they make one large .exe-file? (I simply don't want to have another bunch of dll files with my release - app) Thank you.

  I'm building an app which will allow a user to scan the barcode on a 'shelf', 'box' or 'product' which will then bring up that particular item or all the associated items. As these are all separate models with their own ID's, I need a global ID table. I was thinking of a polymorphic table called 'barcodes' barcodes id barcode_number barcodable Is there an easy way to do this? Or is polymorphic the best way?

With @class and #import declarations I import this view controller in another controller that manage a table view. The code I've just wrote appear to be right but my table is filled up with 3 same row... I don't know why the row are 3... Can anyone help me?

  This sounds like a really good idea: Ageing Icons with Freshness App Unfortunately the "demo" is Mac only. How would you go about replicating this on Windows? One approach I can think off is to modify the desktop.ini file within each folder. This would require a service that periodically scans some folders and updates the desktop.ini file. Is this the best way?

  Does the native Blackberry API allow for the modification of any messaging interface? For example, I'd like to be able to build an app that added a button at the bottom of a received message which says 'translate this'. I've heard that this kind of thing is possible using J2ME plus the native BlackBerry API. Can this be done for all kinds of messages, eg SMS, email and BB messaging? The translation aspect is not relevant, it just provides the context for the kind of feature I'm after.

  I'd like for my app to be able to tell if an image hasn't been viewed in the last 30 days and remove it (along with data in the DB associated with it). I know you can have PHP read and output the image dynamically but I've heard its quite taxing on the system. Is there a way to for me to track these hits even when the image is viewed directly?   In an app I'm profiling, I found that in some scenarios this function is able to take over 10% of total execution time. MSVC++ 2008 compiler is being used, for reference...
