    I have changed timezone from General Settings, but that had no effect, time still shows as default UTC time zone. Then I changed timezone in wp-settings.php with date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Helsinki'); but that din't work either. What could be wrong with my settings and why isn't timezone changing?

  • Shell script exiting the loop after calling another script

    Hi Guys, I have a shell script s1 calling another script s2 in a loop. However s1 can not seem to continue the loop after s2 returns. Commenting out the line that calls s2 will enable the loop to continue. s2 does copy of one file, s1 checks conditions and copy several files using s2. Can anyone give a pointer what is going on here? ... while read line s2 param1 param2 param3 echo "copy done" done < $tempfile echo "out of loop" ... "copy done" is printed, so is "out of loop"

  • WordPress update_post_meta values. Delete when empty or just test for ""?

    My function below, will take the values from my custom meta fields (after a post has been edited, and save or publish has been clicked) and update or insert the posted meta values. However, if the user leaves this field blank, I believe I want to delete the meta altogether (so I can test for its presence and display accordingly vs just checking for ""). For example, one of my meta options gives the user the ability to add a Custom title to their post, which when present, will populate the page's tag. However, if the field is left empty, I want to default the tag to the_title(), which is simply the Post title used to identify the page/post. Since I'm not deleting the meta on save, its always present after the first time a user enters something in there, get_post_meta($post-ID,'MyCustomTitle', true) is always true. Further, they cannot blank it out by clearing the title field and hitting publish.     I have to process a loop with backgroundworkers. Before I start a new loop iteration I need to wait until the provious backgroundworker has finished. A while loop inside my foreach loop with isbusy flag doesn's seem like a good idea to me.     My Nginx setting currently has this: location / { if (!-e $request_filename){ rewrite ^/(.*)$ https://domain.com/index.php?id=$1 redirect; } } Basically for non-existing pages (404) it redirects user to the home page. But now I have a wordpress blog setup at https://domain.com/blog/, but any wordpress items eg. https://domain.com/blog/test also got redirected to the home page. I wonder how to fix this?

  • With XSLT, how can I use this if-test with an array, when search element is returned by a template call inside the for loop?

    I think this simple example might ask the question a lot more clearly. I have an input file with multiple products. There are 10 types of product (2 product IDs is fine enough for this example), but the input will have 200 products, and I only want to output the info for the first product of each type. (Output info for the lowest priced one, so the first one will be the lowest price because I sort by Price first.) So I want to read in each product, but only output the product's info if I haven't already output a product with that same ID. I couldn't figure out how to get the processID template to return a value that I need to do my if-check on, that uses parameters from inside the for-each Product loop -then properly close the if tag in the right place so it won't output the open Product tag unless it passes the if test.   • php date() function displaying wrong time

    I'm building a site with wordpress, and when I use the date() function on an otherwise empty file, it shows the right date. However, if I use it in a file that includes other wordpress files, the time is displayed as GMT time, so the date is off. If anyone can figure out how I can use date function without interruption from the wordpress methods, I'd appreciated it.
