  • flex strange problem with namespaces.

    I'm trying to understand what is going on with my namespaces since I upgraded to flash builder 4. xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" in the application and in the stylesheets: @namespace mx "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"; Everything seems to be recognized correctly, however, I get a warning that says "borderThickness" is only supported by the halo theme (which I thought was in the mx theme). Now, when I try xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx" then it doesn;t recognize anything. Is there something I might be doing wrong here or confusing?

  • Android webview cookie problem

    I have a video link in a web view, on the emulator, I hear the audio and no video is displayed. I think this is an emulator issue. I tried on my Nexus One, when I click the link, it opens a new webview and tries to access the server almost immediately reverts back to the webview and does not show the video. Logcat says: WARN/ResponseProcessCookies(486): Cookie rejected: "BasicClientCookie[version=0,name=GX,domain=mail.google.com,path=/proxy/gmail/mail,expiry=Tue Mar 22 19:55:33 EDT 2011]". Illegal domain attribute "mail.google.com". Domain of origin: "android.clients.google.com" How can I fix this?

  • How to structure a multilingual website for search engines?

    I have this website which decides on the display language by a GET parameter. http://www.mysite.com/index.php?page=home&locale=en which is rewritten as http://www.mysite.com/en/home When no language is specified, the system defaults to English (en). Now how do I tell the search engines that many versions of the website exist? When the search bot enters the site, it will trigger the default English Language and after finishing, will just leave the site without considering other languages. I can very well have a sitemap with links to the default pages of each language, so the bot can navigate from there. But how do I say the bot that the entry in the sitemap is the home page for that language? Like if someone searches for 'mi sitio', they should be presented with the result http://www.mysite.com/es/home and not some other internal page. Any light on this? Thanks.

I am using "ftp" command in AIX. when I use, open public.dhe.ibm.com It's prompting for username/password. But no information regarding this is given on the linked page.   • Jquery Uploader not saving to a folder in the site root

    im trying to integrate the Jquery Uploader into my website http://blueimp.github.com/jQuery-File-Upload/ The problem I am having is that I cant seem to get it save the folder I want to to save to. In the UploadHander.php I have the following settings 'script_url' => $this->get_full_url().'/', 'upload_dir' => dirname($_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME']).'./images/machinery/', 'upload_url' => $this->get_full_url().'./images/machinery/', This results in an image uploaded url that looks like this http://domain.com/rcsetch/up/server/php/machinery/image.jpg Other than putting my php files in the root of the website, im not sure how to get it to work, as what I want it to do is upload the files to http://domain.com/images/machinery and not to the create a folder in the directory where all the php files for the uploader are located.

    Hello guys..My site url is : Da Factopedia It opens up perfectly in all browsers Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome. Even in IE 8 the Home page is perfectly displayed .   • How to retrieve email from GMail account using PHP?

    Hi, I'm trying to automatically retrieve some email from my GMail account for further parsing, but I can't get my head around on how to do that. I've searched the internets and it suggested that I use PHP's imap functions, like this: $server = '{imap.gmail.com:993/ssl}'; $connection = imap_open($server, 'my.name@gmail.com', 'password'); But using that code, I get: Warning: imap_open() [function.imap-open]: Couldn't open stream {imap.gmail.com:993/ssl} Any idea what I am doing wrong? Any server setting that might be preventing me from making a connection to GMail (I'm using a shared service)? Is the address even right? Has anyone ever managed to do something like this? I've found tons of examples on how to send email via GMail, but very little of retrieving. Any help is much appreciated.

    Having tried all sorts of suggestions popping up from google, I am at my wit's end. Presently I use a solution created with htaccesstools.com/hotlink-protection/ RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(www\.)?mydomain.tld/.*$ [NC] RewriteRule \.(gif|jpg|jpeg|png|js|css)$ - [NC,F,L] Checking it out with altlab.com/htaccess_tutorial.html testing facility (near bottom of page ) shows no image if mydomain.tld/mypic.jpg is entered, while if prefixed with www (www.mydomain.tld/mypic.jpg) the pic is displayed. Any helpful comments welcome.

  • JavaScript: 2 window.opener.location.href statements with alert() in between not functioning

    I need to make a little JS app to scroll automatically through a list of URLs. I've chosen to have the functionality in a pop-up, for various reasons. The syntax to change the opening window's URL is: window.opener.location.href = "http://www.example.com"; This works fine with one URL, but if two statements are called, only one is executed. I experimented with an alert statement between two of the above statements, and the alert event made the second statement function properly: window.opener.location.href = "http://www.example1.com"; alert("hello world"); window.opener.location.href = "http://www.example2.com"; Question is: does anyone know how to get the first and second window.opener statements to work, without the intervening alert();? Also, how can I add a pause between the two statements, so that the second executes a couple of seconds after the first? Thanks so much!

  • Javascript: Link with Chinese characters in Internet Explorer

    I have a problem with a link containing Chinese characters that is send to a javascript file in Internet Explorer. Generally that link is created by PHP and looks like this in IE: www.example.com/%E6%B7%AC%E7%81%AB%E6%B2%B9_ASIN5034CN.pdf In firefox it looks like this: www.example.com/???_ASIN5034CN.pdf Both work in that direct way. I need to pass that link to a javascript that popups on the page and it will be displayed after the user entered her/his contact information. This also works on firefox and other browsers but in IE that link is transfered to this which does not work anymore: www.example.com/æ·¬ç«æ²¹_ASIN5034CN.pdf I tried to do some encoding on it with encodeURIComponent but still no success. So the link is passed correctly to the javascript but it is totally screwed up only by IE. Thx for any advice on that problem.

  • Scrapy Not Returning Additonal Info from Scraped Link in Item via Request Callback

    Basically the code below scrapes the first 5 items of a table. One of the fields is another href and clicking on that href provides more info which I want to collect and add to the original item. So parse is supposed to pass the semi populated item to parse_next_page which then scrapes the next bit and should return the completed item back to parse Running the code below only returns the info collected in parse If I change the return items to return request I get a completed item with all 3 "things" but I only get 1 of the rows, not all 5. However, I also need to provide application accounts access to the repository. These accounts are in a different OU. Do I need to add a whole new <location> element, or can I add a second AuthLDAPURLto the existing entry?

I have a singleton bean definition like this: <bean id="exampleBean" class="com.examples.ExampleBean"> <property name="exampleBean2"> <bean class="com.examples.ExampleBean2" /> </property> </bean> where ExampleBean could be: public class ExampleBean { private ExampleBean2 exampleBean2; public ExampleBean() { } public ExampleBean2 getExampleBean2() { return exampleBean2; } public void setExampleBean2(ExampleBean2 exampleBean2) { this.exampleBean2 = exampleBean2; } } The problem is that, in certain conditions, the com.examples.ExampleBean2 class might not exist at runtime witch will cause an error when the IoC tries to instantiate exampleBean. What I need is to ignore this error from IoC and allow the exampleBean to be created but leaving the exampleBean2 property null. So the question is: is this possible in any way?     I am able to get the registration confirmation email to send out in deployment on Heroku, but when I try a registration on localhost:3000, I get the following error: undefined local variable or method `confirmed_at' for #<User:0xb67a1ff0> In my config/environments/production.rb file I have: config.action_mailer.default_url_options = { :host => 'xxxx.com' } And I have an initializer file with the following format: ActionMailer::Base.smtp_settings = { :user_name => "xxxx@heroku.com", :password => "xxxxxx", :domain => "xxxx.com", :address => "smtp.sendgrid.net", :port => "xxx", :authentication => :plain, :enable_starttls_auto => true }; What settings do I need to get the localhost working?
