• rails db:seed no method error

  when I try and run the "rake db:seed" command the rails console outputs "NoMethodError: undefined method `db' for #" not quite sure what going on. I'm using netbeans to build my rails project which is using the built-in JRuby 1.2 would that have anything to do with it?

  Hi I did A Google search and couldn't find anything, so I wanna learn Qt/C++ my University (I'm a first year CompSci Student) won't be teaching C++ next year which is a big disappointment I already know Python and dabbled in LaTeX, Javascript, C++ I'm currently helping out a free software project Clementine but it's programmed in Qt/C++ and I don't know enough of both to help out enough.   Is there a way in eclipse to search the classpath for arbitrary resource file names (or patterns)? I know I can use either Navigate > Open Type (which will scan the classpath for classes) or Navigate > Open Resource, which will search for any resource type, but only in my project folders. Is there any way to achieve a combination ob both, to do a resource search (something like *.xsd) that searches all jars on the classpath?

• Is there a way to get CVS rdiff info using a branch, a revision, AND a date?

  I want a list of everything that's changed on my project's branch, since a specified revision, but with a specified cut-off date... So, this is the command I would like to be able to run: cvs -q rdiff -s -r v2_release_3 -r myproj_v2_release -D 2010-04-10 myproj ...but, of course CVS only wants up to 2 revisions / dates and I just get an error "rdiff aborted".

  Hey people I've got an issue with a WPF project I'm working on, I have an items control which I add to and remove from certain user controls, these contols styles and attached properties are there on first view but when I remove and add them again the user control apears on screen but is detached from the items control attached properties and styles. I'm thinking of setting up alternative actions and views for some parts of my website in case it is accessed from the iPhone, to optimize display and functionality of it.
