  • Word characteristics tags

    I want to do a riddle AI chatbot for my AI class. So i figgured the input to the chatbot would be : Something like : "It is blue, and it is up, but it is not the ceiling" Translation : <Object X> <blue> <up> <!ceiling> </Object X> (Answer : sky?) So Input is a set of characteristics (existing \ not existing in the object), output is a matched, most likely object. The domain will be limited to a number of objects, i could input all attributes myself, but i was thinking : How could I programatically build a database of characteristics for a word? Is there such a database available? How could i tag a word, how could i programatically find all it's attributes? I was thinking on crawling wikipedia, or some forum, but i can't see it build any reliable word tag database. Any ideas on how i could achieve such a thing? Any ideas on some literature on the subject? Thank you

  • Jquery html() and self closing tags

    While creating self contained elements with Jquery html() the following issue happens: $('#someId').html('<li><input type="checkbox" /></li>') will create <li><input type="checkbox"></li> It closes correctly the <li> tag but not the <input> It seems its an issue from innerHtml which is used in the html() function. I have looked everywhere and found a solution for this but the page is not available anymore as you see in: http://dev.jquery.it/ticket/3378 Anybody knows how to fix this?

  • Meta description not displaying in custom site search results page

    We have Google Custom Site Search implemented on our company website. When I'm looking at the results page, I noticed that the Meta Description is not being displayed. It just seems to be reading the links titles from our drop down menu and using this as a description. When I search for the same page via google.com, the meta description is pulled in correctly. Any thoughts why this might be happening. I can't see anything in the Custom Site Search settings.

  • Change from static HTML file to meta tag for Google Webmaster verification

    I started verifying the server by putting a couple of static HTMLs in place. Then I noticed that Google wants you to keep these files in place. I didn't want to keep the static HTMLs in, so I want to switch to an alternative verification mechanism, and include the meta tags on the home page. Unfortunately, once your site is verified, you never seem to be able to change to an alternative way of verification. I tried removing the HTML pages. No luck whatsoever. Google still considers the site to be 'verified'. Does anybody know how to undo this? All I want to do is switch to the meta tag based method of site ownership verification.

  • Download lastfm tags into mp3 comment or genre tag

    for a long time I dream to have a songs lastfm tags in my music library, so I can use them to quickly generate playlists. There used to be a way to do that in amarok 1.4, but it never was stable. Than there is MusicBrainz Picard's lastfm/lastfmplus plugin. It is partially fine, but I cannot manage to make it look ONLY for the lastfm tags and put them into comments/genre/whatever but it always hast to tag everything. And it isn't particularly good with it, especially with small bands, songs without album etc. My music library is rather well organised. Most of the tags are correct. I also have quite some songs without an album. And I don't want it to find the albums for those songs, since it'd mess up my album view. So it must not touch the fields track name, track number, artist and album. All I want is that the most popular lastfm tags get into the genre or comments tag of the mp3, separated by semicolons, commas or whatever. I think I remember a script that did this job, but I cannot find. Does anybody know if there is anything like this? Would it be to hard to write this, for example as Banshee plugin? Thank you

    So the recent release of OEPE 11.1.1.7 has the ADF community buzzing.   In addition to reading the product manager's blog entry on the new release... http://blogs.oracle.com/gstachni/2011/02/oracle_enterprise_pack_for_ecl_3.html ...it's important to realize what this support entails now and in the future.    This first step, of supporting ADF Faces tags, is not prelude to *complete* ADF support in OEPE.  Rather, the aim of the Eclipse support is to provide tools for the MVC (Model-View-Controller) parts of the ADF runtime stack.   This means that we plan to support ADFm and ADFc as well in the future, but not the entire ADF stack (ADF BC, etc).    Hope this gives people an idea of what to expect, and we look forward to your feedback in the forums!     During document processing I want to extract all dates from html meta data and then identify the latest date which will be used to populate a date field (dtgeneric1). <meta name="OriginalPublicationDate" content="2010/04/21 12:06:36" /> <meta name="LastModificationDate" content="2010/04/22 14:10:16" /> + other non-date meta data Inspection using spy stages shows that our pipeline already adds meta_* attributes but the meta data names will be different across documents from different sources. #### ATTRIBUTE meta_originalpublicationdate <class 'docproc.DocumentAttributes.TextChunks'>: 2010/04/21 12:06:36 #### ATTRIBUTE meta_lastmodificationdate <class 'docproc.DocumentAttributes.TextChunks'>: 2010/04/22 14:10:16 + other non-date meta attributes Ideally we would like to pass all the meta_* attributes to a Python stage and use that to work out which are dates and which is the largest but there seems to be no way of specifying "all meta attributes" as input.   • Is there any way to access the mp3 or other file type tags from within an ipod touch/iphone?

    I am just looking for an existing app that will let me read all the tags that are stored in a particular song on my ipod touch/iphone. I'm not much of a programmer, but would be willing to learn the iphone sdk (on windows) if I could build a program that would do this for me. I would love to be able to modify the tag while on the iphone, but just viewing them would be a great use to me. I'd like to read the Year tag, the comments tag, composer, etc. It's so annoying that I can't do this. Or can I already and I just don't know how. Yes, I know how to view the lyrics tag. Seems they could have included the other tags. Help please? Thanks, Dave

    Google shows up incorrect meta info (title & description) in search engine results for an add domain and the information is of the domain which is the primary domain of the hosting account. I mentioned this fact because add-on domains are in a sub-directory of the primary domain. Any ideas what could be the reason?
