  • Rails3 - will_paginate plugin strange output

    I have the will_paginate plugin working in an application, but when I paginate a resource it just spits out the HTML as text, doesn't provide links to the next pages and such. And when I manually type in the URL the plugin is working it just doesn't make <%= will_paginate @products %> into links such as next 1 2 3 ... last Ideas?

    Hey guys, I'm looking for a simple solution to place a draggable element inside of a box container. When the user begins to interact with the draggable, the draggable element should remain constrained to a circular shape, within the container. At a complete loss as to how I should accomplish this. I'd like that changed to 7 open/closed switches (presumably styled checkboxes?) but can't figure out how to do this!   • zend framework storing sessions in database for iframe use?

    I have a site im running through an iframe in a uiwebview for a native iphone app, the problem is that I guess since the iframe and the html page are on different servers the session will not keep its state. My thought is to store the session data to the database and then just use the stored session data. Is this possible? If so can anyone send me to a guide on how to set up stored sessions with zend framework, I can't seem to find a good example. thanks

    hello, i am trying to get the headers of an ajax request i made through jquery $.get(url, function(response, textStatus, headers ) { console.log("Response: %o", response); console.log("TextStatus: %o", textStatus); console.log("Request: %o", headers); } ); this does not seem to be working however: the response and textstatus are printing, but the "headers" object seems to be undefined i simply want to check if it is what i expect (content type='excel', etc) or if the response type is html, i can assume the page i was calling is an error

We are using struts .. html:text for a text box and value of this is prepopulated with a recent value (not with the initialized value) even when the member is logged in after logging out. The worst part is other members also able to see the value entered in the textbox by the recent member logged in. How do you stop this happening?

    As more presentational html properties get deprecated the natural response for me was to make single property CSS classes such as .text-align-left{text-align:left}. My question is, is this preferred versus inline styles? Stackoverflow actually uses quite a bit of inline styles. PS: I know this isn't really a coding question and it is likely to incite debate but stackoverflow is the largest stack exchange for code and this question does have some use for future individuals.
