    Did I missed anything during this? I am running a this command from command prompt in Windows 7 to create a certificate but it is showing a syntax error.   • iphone build error that makes me want to buy a nail gun

    I'm trying to execute a program (convert from ImageMagick, to be specific) whose parent folder exists on the path. Ergo, when I run convert from the command line, it runs the command. The following, however, fails: String command = "convert" CommandLine commandLine = CommandLine.parse(command); commandLine.addArgument(...) ... int exitValue = executor.execute(commandLine); If I specify the full path of the convert executable (C:\Program files\...) then this code works. If I don't do this, I get an exception thrown with exit value 4. How do I get commons-exec to recognize the system path?

    i was looking for some namespace extention to extend using c# (.net) but didn't find much help online except Galaxy Filesystem tooklkit. which are vc++ based but comes with c# and java wrapper classes... which helps me alot to start and i did. i have extended that enough now and made installer to install. it get installed successfully but don't know why, when i open it, system get stuck... :( i thought my modified version might have some problem so i tried to run Galaxy filesystem toolkit's author original version and it responded in same way as mine do :D :( now feeling bit helpless as even author is not responding my queries regarding my queries for some reason... any help would be really appreciated.... FYI: i need to have Gmail drive like stuff...

I was wondering if there are any reasons that I shouldn't be doing it this way. It's something like this: Command Behavior::getCommand () { char input = 'x'; return Command (input, -1, -1); } Anyway, I read that constructors aren't meant to have a return value, but this works in g++.   • How to use a c# datagridview to update a database file just like Access does?

    I have googled everywhere and I am finally giving up and asking here. I am working in Visual Studio 2010 with C#. I have set up a form with a datagridview connected to a MSSQL database and I need to save changes made in the datagridview back to the physical database. I am having some success but I think that I am going about some of it completely wrong because I can not get it to save consistently. What I really want is for the updates to work just like they do when working with Access. When I edit a row in the datagridview and then leave that row, either by selecting another row or by selecting some other control on the form or even by changing to another form or quitting the application the row should be automatically pdated to the physical database. The first part of this question I think is, what is the proper event to use to trigger the save and then second what methods should be used to actually write the data to the database?

  • CAsyncSocket and ThreadPool problem

    I have a server application with such structure: There is one object, call him Server, that in endless cycle listens and accepts connections. I have descendant class from CAsyncSocket, that has overriden event OnReceive, call him ProxySocket. Also I have a thread pool with early created threads. When connection is received by server object he accepts the new connection on the new object ProxySocket. When data arrives to the ProxySocket, he creates a command object and gives it to thread pool. In this command object I giving the socket handle of a ProxySocket. When new object of command is creating - I creating a new Socket in working thread and attach handle to it. My issue is next: When command ends, socket doesn't close, I just detach handle it and set CSocket handle to INVALID_SOCKET value, as planned. But my first ProxySocket object doesn't receives messages of new data receiving after that. How can I solve this?

    I'm trying to find a way to remove zombie locks using the Subversion command line tools. The eventual goal is to do this from a hook script, but I haven't been able to work out the command line to use when you only have a physical repository path. (Using svnadmin rmlocks only seems to work for locks which exist in the HEAD revision.) Ideally, I'd like to do this via the post-commit hook script using the command line tools. (I'm aware of the python script for this purpose, but we'd prefer not to install python on that server for this single use.) We're a .NET shop, so creating a tool with the SharpSVN library is also a possibility, but the only unlock capability there appears to be in the SVNClient class. So it's really two questions: Is there a way to do this with the command line tools? If not, is there a way to do it from SharpSVN? (Or perhaps another library?)

  • InvalidOperationException when executing SqlCommand with transaction

    I have this code, running parallel in two separate threads. It works fine for a few times, but at some random point it throws InvalidOperationException: The transaction is either not associated with the current connection or has been completed. At the point of exception, I am looking inside the transaction with visual studio and verify its connection is set normally. Also command.Transaction._internalTransaction. _transactionState is set to Active and IsZombied property is set to false. This is a test application and I am using Thread.Sleep for creating longer transactions and causing overlaps. Why may the exception being thrown and what can I do about it?     I am trying to develop a system in which a user can upload a slideshow (pdf) and it'll export each slide as a png. After some digging around I came across a post on here that suggested using a processor. I've had a go, but I cant get the command to run, if it is running then I don't know what is happening because no errors are being shown. I have used one .ashx(web handler) file for multiple file upload control in my application Now it works perfectly locally in asp.net but when i do the same thing with sharepoint with no change in code it stops working. I dont know if i need to add some dll or any supportive file to get that file upload page (using .ashx file) working in sharepoint Please help
