• Can't access annotation property of subclassed uibutton - editted

  Below is my original question. I kept investigating and found out that the type of the button I allocate is of type UIButton instead of the subclassed type CustomButton. the capture below is the allocation of the button and connection to target. I break immediately after the allocation and check the button type (po rightButton at the debugger console). It's turned out tht the type is UIButton instead of CustomButton.   I store backups of databases in a directory structure year/month/day/time/backup_name an example would be basics_mini/2012/11/05/012232/RATIONAL.0.db2inst1.NODE0000.20110505004037.001 basics_mini/2012/11/06/012251/RATIONAL.0.db2inst1.NODE0000.20110505003930.001 note that timestamp from the backup file cannot be used. Before the automation testing starts the server time is set to 5.5.2011 So the question is how I can get the latest file if I pass the "base directory" (basics_mini) to some function that I am going to code. My thoughts are that I list the base directory and sort by time to get the year. Then I do the same for month, day and time. I wonder if there is any "easier" solution to that in php.

The second table uses DataSet "B" to display a basic list of records that pertain to the addressed party. Even though the two tables are within the same page and all PageBreak* properties are set to "False", SSRS renders the report as two pages. How can I force both tables to render in series, without any forced page breaks?

  in my mysql database i've got the geonames database, containing all countries, states and cities. i am using this to create a cascading menu so the user could select where he is from: country - state - county - city. but the main problem is that the query will search through all the 7 millions rows in that table each time i want to get the list of children rows, and that is taking a while 10-15 seconds. i wonder how i could speed this up: caching? table views? reorganizing table structure somehow? and most important, how do i do these things? are there good tutorials you could link to me? i appreciate all help and feedback discussing smart ways of handling this issue!

I have three columns in a table - ID, Column1, Column2 - with this example data: ID Column1 Column2 1     1            2 2     2            1 3     4            3 4     3            4 Since, in the first two rows, Column1 and Column2 have the same values (but in different columns), I want my MAX query to return an ID of 2. Same thing with rows 3 and 4 .... since Columns 1 and 2 have the same values (but in different columns), I want MAX(ID) to return 4. Of course, with MAX, you use Group By, but that will not work in my case. In effect, I need a Group By to work across two columns. Is this possible? If not, what's the best way to accomplish getting the IDs of 2 and 4 given the matching values that are in different columns? Thanks!

  We use an Reporting Services inside an ASP.NET web application. (We have an *.rdlc which is presented to the ReportViewer web control in our page). Our ASPX page wires up a few report parameters in code: var parameters = new List<ReportParameter>(); parameters.Add(new ReportParameter("StoreAddress", InvoiceStoreAddress)); parameters.Add(new ReportParameter("LogoURL", InvoiceLogoURL)); parameters.Add(new ReportParameter("StoreName", InvoiceStoreName)); ReportViewer1.LocalReport.SetParameters(parameters); These are just general parameters that are passed to the report, instead of hooking it up to a data source. Recently, we upgraded to VS.NET 2010. We upgraded the *.rdlc to the newest version and also upgraded the ReportViewer control used by ASP.NET. Everything works as it did before. However, I now want to add a new report parameter to my *.rdlc. I typically right-clicked on the top left corner and clicked on "Report Parameters" to add it. With the new VS.NET, I cannot find this option anywhere - it is not even in the report properties. Where did it go? Are the deprecating this feature? How should I be passing some general parameters now?

  Backstory: So I was driving to band practice this evening. My car has a USB port where you can plug in a USB stick with MP3 files on it and the stereo will play them. I have about 100 MP3s on my stick so I pushed the 'Random' button. So from here to band practice, it played: Track 22 Track 45 Track 4 Track 11 Track 87 Track 66 Track 98 Then on the way home, it played Track 16 Track 27 Track 33 And then I stopped at the petrol station. I filled up, got back in the car and the stereo fired up again. It played Track 22 Track 45 Track 4 Track 11 Track 87 I thought, WTF? What's with this 'random' generator? What are they using as a seed, if not time? Is a car stereo so memory-tight that it can't even use the C stdlib? Does anyone know how this kind of thing happens?

  Hello , Can a crystal report be scaled to fit page? I'm hoping to achieve something similar to Microsoft Excel's Scale To Fit feature wherein a large spreadsheet can be scaled to fit a 8.5"x 11" page. (On MS Excel 2007 goto Page Layout Scale To Fit). Im searching of a way to make a large report fit into a smaller page during print. for example a report designed in Legal(8.5"x 14") page must be able to shrink when print previewed for Letter(8.5"x 11") page. In my crystal report, it should be scaled to fit the page by default. I was thinking maybe theres a Crystal Report Setting or C# code technique that I missed out. Any hint or link to the right direction is appreciated. Thanks!

The only issue I am facing with this is that there will be a integrity issue when I try to insert into either. I would like some help, thanks.

But still getting a 401 when I cal rs.Render(...). The Reporting Services install is sitting on a Windows Server 2008 box and requires integrated authentication. Thanks
