Some site have url pattern as www..com/id=1 to www..com/id=1000. How can I crawl the site using nutch. Is there any why to provide seed for fetching in range??
I have found few links but could not decide which one is the best way.

I am working on putting the Facebook "Like" iframe on a site, and I am trying to follow the example found at http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like.
I am putting in code similar to this:
<meta property="og:image" content="http://ia.media-imdb.com/rock.jpg"/>
But when I "Like" a page, it doesn't do anything with the image that I am aware of. Does anyone know what that data is supposed to do?
Given a url, and a query string, how can I get the url resulting from the combination of the query string with the url?
I'm looking for functionality similar to .htaccess's qsa. I realize this would be fairly trivial to implement completely by hand, however are there built-in functions that deal with query strings which could either simplify or completely solve this?
Example input/result sets:
Url="http://www.example.com/index.php/page?a=1"
QS ="?b=2"
Result="http://www.example.com/index.php/page?a=1&b=2"
-
Url="page.php"
QS ="?b=2"
Result="page.php?b=2"
I need to let my users type anything at the end of my url, like this:
http://mysite.com/?somethingorother
or
http://mysite.com/somethingorother
And then I would like to get that last bit that they added to the end of the url like so:
$var = $_POST[''];
But I'm not sure how to go about this, and I can't find anything, because I'm not quite sure how to search for it.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Hey there.
I am very unfamiliar with nginx, as a forewarning, and also can't find any actual references on the regex system they use. So right now it's a black box to me.
All I want to do is redirect a user trying to go to www.mydomain.com/mydirectory/X to www.myotherdomain.com/X .
Seems like I should be using the rewrite command but the syntax of the regex is eluding me.
Thanks in advance.
I try all methods but in my google map on the marker doesn't work events, I try enable events and write (clickable: true), but it did not help, in test server working good, but on phpfox marker not clickable, help me please correct it

There is a simple way with php, a simple script or URL manipulation to build a URL for the gravatar image corresponding to an email?
Ex. http://gravatar.com/avatars/avatar.php?email=myemail@myserver.com and this return a jpeg or png image.
If there is no simple way like the example, what is the easiest way you know to resolve a url of the gravatar corresponding to an email?. Thanks
In my application (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.cabot.beastly&feature=search_result), I am using facebook-android api to login and share to Facebook. It's works fine in emulator and Samsung Galaxy Tab when i tested. But some bugs are reporting by the client, facebook login doesn't load. I think they tested in a device with Android2.1. What are the reasons to don't load facebook login Dialog?. How can i find the reason for this bug?.
Hi,
I'm having a small problem with mod_rewrite
I have the following in my .htacces:
Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.+)\.htm$ index.php?name=$1 [NC]
This is my index.php file:
<?php echo $_GET['name]; ?>
This works great for the following url:
www.mySite.com/this is an example.htm
this would display "this is an example"
What i'm trying to do however, is get it to do the same, without the .htm extension:
for example:
www.mySite.com/this is an example
Any ideas?
(dont think it's relevant but i'm using xampp to test this)
When I get an email, there is a header From: in the actual MIME message that specifies who the sender of the email is.
I notice that the format of that particular header is sometimes:
From: user@domain.com
or
From: Human Readable Name <[email protected]>
Are these the only ways that standard clients format the From: header? Or are there others I should be aware of?
I have declared the namespace that i am using:
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<entry xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom'
xmlns:g='http://base.google.com/ns/1.0'
xmlns:c='http://base.google.com/cns/1.0'>
here is a typical xml node i have:
<c:gold_type type="string">White Gold</c:gold_type>
Yet, when i submit my feed only the Google Namespace xml nodes work.
Any ideas?
How to rewrite a url like:
http://domain.com/class/method/parameter1/parameter2/.../parameterN
to
http://domain.com/index.php?c=class&m=method&p1=parameter1&...&pN=parameterN
The main idea is to create the possibility of using unlimited number of query parameters.
Thanks.
Hi,
I am using Calendar type in Java and I would like to display formated date in jstl.
I was trying:
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/functions" prefix="fn" %>
<fmt:parseDate var="date" type="date" dateStyle="short" value="${photo.dateCreated}" />
<c:out value="${data}" />
But it doesn't work:
java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date
Can JSP format "Calendar" type?
It seems exceptionally heavy handed but going by the rule anything publicly available should be tested should auto-implemented properties be tested?

I am trying to compare the current url in webView with a defined url say google.com
so in theory..
NSURLRequest *currentRequest = [webView request];
NSURL *currentURL = [currentRequest URL];
would give us our current url...
NSString *newurl = @"http://www.google.com";
this would give us the compared to defined url
while (!currentURL == newurl) {
//do whatever here because currentURL does not equal the newurl
}
This does not seem to work though.. solutions?
Hi,
I'm working on a Rewriterule in order to have URLs like these: http://www.myhost.com/var1/var2/
RewriteRule ^(.*)\/(.*)\/$ index.php?var1=$1&var2=$2 [L]
What I would like to add is that when someone types myhost.com/var1/var2 (without the end slash), it still goes to the same page.
Is there a better way to do it than this?
RewriteRule ^(.*)\/(.*)\/$ index.php?band=$1&song=$2 [L]
RewriteRule ^(.*)\/(.*)$ index.php?band=$1&song=$2 [L]
HI, I need to remove a querystring when a user clicks a particular LinkButton.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
I'm trying to stop a non-css animation:

Button 1 starts the animation nicely, totally lost on how to stop it though, since .stop() seems to need a DOM element... rather than a random object.
Thanks in advance.

I want to create asp.net 4.0 dynamic pages loaded from my MS SQL server. Basically, its a list of locations with informations. For example:
Location1 would have the page www.site.com/location/location1.aspx
Location44 would have the page www.site.com/location/location44.aspx
I dont even know where to start with this, url writting maybe?
I have put together a 5 star rating system using PHP and Ajax which will write the rating into a database. (See link below)
http://andrewmccrum.com/maps/rate/5star.php
I want this rating system to work within a Google Maps InfoWindow but at the minute I can only get the InfoWindow to read and display the rating. It will not let the user vote like the top link. And I have no idea why

Hello all,
I'm trying to use php's file_get_content('a url');
The thing is if the url has '&' in it, for example
file_get_content('http://wwww.google.com/?var1=1&var2=2')
it automatically make a requests to wwww.google.com/?var1=1&var2=2
How do I prevent that from happening?
would like your comments.
Eg: When user first visit www.testing.com/productdetailpage.asp
I will use caching- store the whole page into productdetailpage.html
When the user go to reopen productdetailpage.asp, user will be redirected to www.testing.com/productdetailpage.html
It means they will see productdetailpage.html, not .asp
Is this a good way? Any implication in terms of SEO and other part?
Will it be better to read datas from .html into .asp and show the final page as .asp all the time?
Hi,
i tried redirecting some folders to the subdomains with the same names as the folders. I tried this way but it didn't work:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.domain.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(test1|test2)(.*?)$ http://$1.domain.com$2 [R=301,L]
I guess the problem is that the alternation of folders doesn't return a result that i can get into $1, right?
I'm not a PCRE expert so andy help would be appreciated.
