  • Not getting the token secret value

    I am using my application for twitter oauth with .Net. My problem is that though i am getting oauth token, iam unable to receive the token secret. Also I need the token pairs to be stored in my applications database for exchanging request token for access token. Can some one help?

  • c# clipboard viewer... on firefox the event fires twice..

    hi .. iam trying to use the code posted here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/621577/clipboard-event-c it does work really great, but while testing, i found out that when copying from some application as example firefox, you will get the event running twice, so if you are saving the copied text to a textfile, or writing them to a textbox in the application, the text copied from firefox will appear twice ? anybody can help me with this problem ? thanks a lot

  • Revisioning the CeBIT 2011

    Hey guys, I am living in the CeBIT's hometown, the beautiful city Hanover. So I am visiting this exhibition since 2002 and I've seen a lot of changes during all this time. But this time, it was the most boring fair I've ever seen. Lets start with the first halls: "The same procedure as every year"- directly behind the entrance are the exhibitioners from far east (China, Taiwan...). In the past, they've shown a lot of nice toys. But this time, they got very serious, the only great gimmick was the motorcycle suitcase for the iPad, I watched the presentation until I reminded myself that I am not owning an iPad and these cases weren't suitable for my BMW motorcycle. So I started looking for the business stuff (I was there for business). I walked deeper in the exhibition area: During the way to the business halls, I came across a hall where I heard a big bass- the gamer's hall I think so I made a quick getaway from there. I saw a lot of teenagers with gaming bags on thier shoulders and I was really confused. I thought 'Damn it is tuesday 11:00 am, the trade fair is opened for public on saturday, why they are here and not at school?'. So the german schools seem to be too easy for students. At the time I was a pupil I visited the CeBIT on saturday! At the business halls: I visited IBM's booth but there were only guys looking like penguins and I weared a white chemise. So nobody was interested in talking to me. At the coffeebar I met a very nice guy from Bangladesh I think he was round about 25, but he told me that he was the first time in germany and he thought that germans are still nazis. I laughed at him and went to DELL. I was really really really interested in client solutions from DELL because I want to get away from our current client manufacturer. At the DELL booth I became recognized and a really nice guy told me where to use which client products. But there were too many people for trying the notebooks so the DELL guy asked for my business card. But I am still waiting for information, dear 'DELL dude'. I went to the Microsoft booth for informing myself about new IT trends. There were nothig new, only a few presentations about the 'new' Windows Live, Windows Phone 7 and 'the allmighty cloud'. But there was a very small presentation corner with the title 'geeks corner'. A guy inside the 'geeks corner' started Visual Studio 2010, I was really agog for the presentation. But then he started talking about Windows Phone 7 and how to program. He began with drag'n drop a textbox and a button on the form. He wrote really basic code and explained the functionality of a textbox- then I stood up and left the room. At the end: Before leaving the fairground, I've visited a few small booths and the big anti-virus program companies. But there was nothing new, I was really disappointed  this year. I've seen only ten exhibition babes and the rest of the week I stood ~3 hours in traffic jams. But I really love the flair in the whole town during this exhibition. The people in the city railways, which are really confused and the people in the pubs. Cheers Vince

I am trying to setup https for my website, I follow the offical instruction from amazon doc: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/configuring-https.html When I Upload a Signed Certificate using AWS command aws iam upload-server-certificate --server-certificate-name dichcumga --certificate-body file://mycert.pem --private-key file://signedkey.pem --certificate-chain file://mychain.pem And I got error A client error (MalformedCertificate) occurred when calling the UploadServerCert ificate operation: Certificate body is invalid. The body must not contain a private key. mycert.pem is a combination of private.pem and signedkey.pem (which return by VeriSign) copy private.pem+signedkey.pem mycert.pem Please help to shed a light. I am trying to setup https for my website, I follow the offical instruction from amazon doc: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/configuring-https.html And I get stuck at Upload the Signed Certificate step aws iam upload-server-certificate --server-certificate-name <certificate_object_name> --certificate-body <public_key_certificate_file> --private-key <privatekey.pem> --certificate-chain <certificate_chain_file> As a instruction, I just create a private key (privatekey.pem) and A Certificate Signing Request (csr.pem), but in the command line they request 4 params 1. certificate_object_name 2. public_key_certificate_file 3. *private-key --> I only have this one* 4. certificate_chain_file I don't know where to get 3 remain params, please help to shed a light. Can some one guide me what I am doing wrong and how it can be rectified.   • Apache suEXEC execute script on user dir basis?

    Iam looking for a way to run a script with different users. I dont want to hardcode the users in the config... and I found some information that it should be possible that the user goes to... lets say: Code: http://localhost/~user1/myscript.cgi and the script gets executes as user 'user1'.   • qemu/virt-manager no permisson on shared folder

    I have a strange problem. Iam trying to create a shared folder via the add-hardware-filesystem option. For Type and Modus i choose Passtrought and for Driver Path. The Source Path is /free and target is mytag. I mount it with: mount -t 9p -o trans=virtio mytag /mnt/test -oversion=9p2000.L Everything worked without problems. But when i enter /mnt/test and do a ls, i get "ls: Öffnen von Verzeichnis . nicht möglich: Keine Berechtigung" in english something like "ls: cant open folder . no permission" I set permissions of /free to 777 recursivly but nothing changed. Also tried some other modes in virt-manager but nothing changes. Do you have any clues, what i am doing wrong? The guest-os ist Ubuntu 12.04 and the host-os is Ubuntu 11.10 Thank you for your help.

  • opening Dbf files in oracle 10g

I have installed oracle 10g trail version in my system(E drive),created one database with my name(database:-nagaraju),in that created tables, prodecures ,functions ,sequences etc for my project. Due to some sudden problem,i formatted my machine C drive,now iam not ablle to open my database, i need all procedures ,tables which i created in that. Now I newly installed oracle10g again in another folder,how can i copy my old database into my inew installation database. Or can i copy the script of procedures so that ican run in new database. I have all data in Oradata folder,like DBF files etc. Could you please help me, how to do that?

  • the commands ls and get of ftp are not working in vmware

    Hi, Iam using vmware player version 3.1 to boot a minix 3 os image. After booting the minix os I want to get some files from a server using ftp. the ftp connection to the server works but when i use the commands "ls" or "get" nothing happens except it says "200 PORT command successful" and it hanges in there. The only thing i can do after typing ls+enter or get+enter is to exit the ftp by using ctrl+c. If anyone knows a solution to this? please help. Thank you

  • Is it possible to FORMAT an external hard disk that has been encrypted using Storagecrypt?

    Basically the big problem is that about 680 GB of data from my Seagate 2 TB Ext HD is lost because I was experimenting with a software called storagecrypt. I used it a few months ago and today I tried it again but i didn't know that the old password is already set in the hard disk when I pressed the encrypt button. I forgot the password which is disappointing. Not to mention that software uses 128 bit AES encryption so there is no way iam going to recover that data. My question is that is it possible to Format my Hard disk which has been encrypted? What i mean is that is it possible to completely wipe the data just like it is newly bought so that I can use my External Hard disk?( I tried to format by right click-- Format. But the size of the disk is shown as 1 MB. Answers would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
