  Hi, I am using iReport 2.0.2. I have a report with 4 subreports in a detail band. I need a page break after the 1st and 2nd subreport. I inserted a page break property in Master Report. When the 1st subreports goes beyond one page, it is not breaking a page in second page. If it is within the single page it breaks. I need to know, is the way of working is correct. The user can soft and filter the ListView, done by using the CollectionViewSource.GetDefaultView and altering the ICollectionView Filter and SortDescriptions. When the user right-clicks a row, they can add an item to the collection. I want this new row to appear below the row right clicked. So far all the methods I've found for something like this are done with ListView.Items which I can't use because I'm setting the ItemsSource property.

records... i am not able to find any solution /control using which i an do it easily. coz my field's value is in attribute named "Value" when in the examples i saw its between opening and closing tag.. i have 2 methods to do so. 1 . i make one page to edit a single record and pass id of record to that page on editing. open the page in iframe on same page to edit and in page_load get data from database for id passed and fill it in control. 2 . i store xml on server as physical file and use it in page i opened in iframe to edit the record. so i am confused... can anybody please guide me that what shpould i do to let user provide interface to edit this xml data/user profile ?

• mongodb: insert if not exists

  Hello, Every day, I receive a stock of documents (an update). What I want to do is inserting each of them if it does not exists. I also want to keep track of the first time I inserted them, and the last time I saw them in an update. I don't want to have duplicate documents. I don't want to remove a document which has previously been saved, but is not in my update. 95% (estimated) of the records are unmodified from day to day. I am using the python driver (pymongo), for that matter. What I currently do is (pseudo-code): for each document in update: existing_document = collection.find_one(document) if not existing_document: document['insertion_date'] = now else: document = existing_document document['last_update_date'] = now my_collection.save(document) My problem is that it is very slow (40 mins for less than 100 000 records, and I have millions of them in the update). I am pretty sure there is something builtin for doing this, but the document for update() is mmmhhh.... a bit terse.... • Auto-Insert double quotes for HTML attributes broken

  In VS2008, it used to be that whenever I was typing an html attribute in an .aspx page when I hit '=' a pair of double quotes was automatically inserted and the cursor placed inside them. I guess I've changed a setting, but I don't know what to change to get that functionality back. I am using Resharper if it makes a difference.

I have my table like this Product (uuid, Name) and one datagridview to display this information ( dataGridView.DataSouce = Products which is assign on runtime) My problem is that I want to have "No" column on dataGridView which will show like below No | Name 1 | ProdctA 2 | ProductB 3 | ProductC What I do right now is create a "No" field on my product Model, and loop through all the row and assign value to it. Do you know some source which I could use? Or some other HTML (WYSIWYG) editor that could be used inside JavaFX and it has this functionality ?   Hi, I have a strange issue (at least for me :)) with the MySQL's locking facility. I have a table: Create Table: CREATE TABLE test ( id int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, PRIMARY KEY (id) ) ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=13 DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 With this data: +----+ | id | +----+ | 3 | | 4 | | 5 | | 6 | | 7 | | 8 | | 10 | | 11 | | 12 | +----+ Now I have 2 clients with these commands executed at the beginning: set autocommit=0; set session transaction isolation level serializable; begin; Now the most interesting part. The first client executes this query: (makes an intent to insert a row with id equal to 9) SELECT * from test where id = 9 FOR UPDATE; Empty set (0.00 sec) Then the second client does the same: SELECT * from test where id = 9 FOR UPDATE; Empty set (0.00 sec) My question is: Why the second client does not block ? An exclusive gap lock should have been set by the first query because FOR UPDATE have been used and the second client should block. If I am wrong, could somebody tell me how to do it correctly ? • Using C# regex to select text based on custom tags

  I have a string in c# containing some data i need to extract based on certain conditions. The string contains many tenders in the following form : <TENDER> some words, don't know how many, may contain numbers and things like slashes (/) or whatever <DESCRIPTION> some more words and possibly other things like numbers or whatever describing the tender here </DESCRIPTION> some more words and possibly numbers and weird things </TENDER> This string doesn't contain any nested <TENDER> tags, its flat. The <DESCRIPTION> tags occur only once within the <TENDER> tags. I'm using : <TENDER>(.+?)</TENDER> as the regex to split up the tenders and it works fine. If this is wrong or stupid and you know a better way to write this please let me know as I have discovered I suck at regex. My problem that I now need to only select a tender if its description contains any word in a list of keywords (lets say for now i want to select a tender only if it contains either "concrete" or"brick" in the description). So far the regex I have come up with looks like this, but I don't know what to put in the middle. Also I have a vague suspicion that this might return me some false positives. <TENDER>(.+?)<DESCRIPTION>have no idea what to do here</DESCRIPTION>(.+?)</TENDER> If any of you regex guru's could point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative.

I'm trying to find a way to find the diff between the contents of before and after of the NSArray so i can pass the correct indexPaths to insertRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation: and deleteRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation: in order to have the changes nicely animated. • Bulk Copy from one server to another

  Hi All, I've one situation where I need to copy part of the data from one server to another. The table schema are exactly same. I need to move partial data from the source, which may or may not be available in the destination table. The solution I'm thinking is, use bcp to export data to a text(or .dat) file and then take that file to the destination as both are not accessible at the same time (Different network), then import the data to the destination. There are some conditions I need to satisfy. 1. I need to export only a list of data from the table, not whole. My client is going to give me IDs which needs to be moved from source to destination. I've around 3000 records in the master table, and same in the child tables too. What I expect is, only 300 records to be moved. 2. If the record exists in the destination, the client is going to instruct as whether to ignore or overwrite case to case. 90% of the time, we need to ignore the records without overwriting, but log the records in a log file. Please help me with the best approach. I thought of using BCP with query option to filter the data, but while importing, how do I bypass inserting the existing records? If I need to overwrite, how to do it? Thanks a lot in advance. ~Joseph

• Returning to last viewed List page after insert/edit with ASP.NET Dynamic Data

  With a pretty standard Dynamic Data site, when the user edits or inserts a new item and saves, the page does a Response.Redirect(table.ListActionPath), which takes the user back to page 1 of the table. If they were editing an item on page 10 (or whatever) and want to edit the next item on that page, they have to remember the page number and navigate back to it. What's the best way to return the user to the list page they last viewed? I can conceive of some solutions using cookies, session state, or query string values to retain this state and making my own Page Template to incorporate it, but I can't help thinking this must be something that was considered when Dynamic Data was created, and there must be something simpler or built-in to the framework that I'm missing here.
