    I had dynamically create one Flash Player cs2, i had upload into my site, no of url link i had provided on my aspx page, when any one of the url is clicked,that url based flv viedeo will play..! In my case when i clicked url to play the video,player is loaded but is not visible, in the same window, but i had opened in new window in internetexploer it will playing..working fine? What the problem in open the player in same window... any one pls help me..? Thanks

    Having had a quick look at the Flex docs I can't seem to find any reference to providing audio content to be played from a custom (possibly encrypted - don't worry, it's not that evil) container format. Is this possible and if so, could someone point me in the right direction. Or if that's not possible, some way to hook into the disk/network (disk is much more important in this case) I/O of the sound playing mechanism to provide a supported container in memory from a custom wrapper.

    I am trying to save audio using mplayer from a live http stream. saving audio is successful. If there is no live stream playing it does not exit automatically. Is there any way to set timeout if there is no live stream? code : mplayer -i url -t 00:00:10 -acodec libmp3lame -ab 24 -ar 8000 audio.mp3 Thanks in advance.

  • How to push the right side elements to the top

    I have 2 columns, one of them I float to the left and the other I float to the right. The right side has input buttons on them. For some reason the buttons are kind of in the middle of the column, I want them to be vertically aligned all the way to the top and to the right. How can I do this? Is it just playing with padding?

  • No Audio from Windows XP after formatting.

    Hello folks, I have reinstalled in my Windows XP machine. After it is re-isntalled the audio in my machine has failed. I have installed all the device drivers in my mother board. The Realtek Sound driver is also installed. Note: Sound is working when I test the surround settings test in my RealTek program, but unable to play any audio, tried playing both in my local machine and from the internet.

  • Strange behaviour with mediaplayer and seekTo

    I'm implementing a custom video player because I need custom video controls. I have an app with only one activity, which on startup shall start playing a video right away. Now, the problem I have is: I don't want the video to start from the beginning, but from a later position. Therefore I do a seekTo(16867). Since seekTo is asynchronous, I place the start call of the mediaplayer (player.start()) in the onSeekComplete of the onSeekCompleteListener. The strange behaviour I experience though is that I can see/hear the video playing from the beginning for a few millisecs before it actually plays from/jumps to the position I seeked to. But - on the other hand - the Log output I call before the player.start returns the correct position 16867, where I seeked to.   • HTML divs can go outside browser window??

    I was playing around with ASP.NET Web Parts which has a "drop down" div. It's all the way to the right of the page. When I click to bring it up, it goes off the window. I have never done any GUI development besides basic Java applications, but I want to continue using C#. Should I start learning Windows Forms or jump straight to WPF? Is there a huge difference? Does WPF build on top of Windows Forms or are they totally different?
