I need to run Firefox but it seems like a lot of my clients are still running versions of Firefox 3 (is this an operating system issue? Doesn't Firefox auto-update?) so I need to run 3 plus the latest version to troubleshoot some css issues...

    Since upgrading from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04 on my ACER Aspire One D270 I have problems with WIFI-connectivity. I was planning now to upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 hoping to solve this problem. On reading the last bunch of questions posted here I find quite a few regarding problems which arose after installing Ubunto 14.04.     I want to split a texture into variously shaped pieces with libgdx, like the pieces of a puzzle game. TextureRegion.split() is not an option, as it splits into equally sized rectangular texture regions. The "Similar Questions" section here is helpful (particularly this question How do I break an image into 6 or 8 pieces of different shapes?), but I'm not sure yet if it's possible to implement the solution with libgdx. Any pointers?

    hey there i followed the instructions on this page to change permission of all files in a directory in /var http://superuser.com/questions/47463/how-to-change-permissions-on-all-files-in-a-directory-and-when-new-files-are-ad and now chrome doesn't work.. it doesn't even start. is there a way to fix this. i've tried changing the permission of /opt folder but still no use. thanks! P.S i changed the username and group name to www-data
