• View controller is drawing under my navigation bar after popping ttthumbsviewcontroller

  I'm implementing the TTThumbsViewController from the Three20 project and things are finally starting to take shape. I push the TTThumbsViewController from the current view controller by just pushing it onto the current stack and animate the transition (common navigation controller push). My problem is that when I pop the TThumbsViewController view controller, the navigation controller is stuck in a mode where its view controllers are drawn UNDER the navigation bar (which is now translucent). • are push notification tokens unique across all apps for a single device?

  i will have multiple applications on the app store and 1 urban airship account to send push notifications to all of these devices. what i want to know is if each apple device has the same "push token" across all applications? this is more of a database architecture thing so that I don't duplicate a push token many times if one single device uses many of my apps if each apple device generates a unique push token for each application it has installed my architecture needs to change.

• static images aren't caching with php-generated page

  Our website was just converted to being generated by mod_rewrite and php scripts. Images aren't caching in browsers when they seemingly should be. All images follow format: <img src="/images/header.png" /> I must avoid the script completely caching because the PHP parser needs to handle each page dynamically on each request; however, the download overhead of the large images is cumbersome on every single page load. I would ideally provide headers for "Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate" and "Expires: some_date_in_the_past" to force revalidation of the PHP script. Why isn't the browser caching static images with consistent href values across all pages?
