    I have just downloaded the flexigrid and examples and tried to execute. In the example, there is a function getCountries, which populates the grid with countries from the database… I tried this and it seems the flexigrid just keeps processing (it says processing and turns and turns)... Am i doing anything wrong. ThanX

  • inserting date timestamp value to mysql thru php in godaddy hosting site

    Hi all, I'm using GoDaddy's Shared Linux hosting. Using php i am inserting or updating the mysql database with create date or modified date using the variables $datestring = "%Y:%m:%d %h:%i:%s"; $time = time(); $createdate= mdate($datestring, $time); In this $createdate will be the variable i use to insert or update the table. But its updating the wrong value. ITs not the server time or localtime. mostly its 30 mins delay with godaddy's server time. Pls help.

    I am uploading file(any type) like this: (It is uploading content of file in blob field of mysql) $organizationModel = new Model_Organization_Object( organizationId ); $myFile = file_get_contents( '../path/to/my/file/filename.ext' ); $organizationModel->setOrganizationProfile( $myFile ); $organizationModel->save(); Now I want to get that file from database and want to download. I doing this in controller's action: (I am aspecting pdf file here therefore it is hardcoded below. But in future I want to download any file from blob field) $organizationModel = new Model_Organization_Object( $organizationId ); $content = $organizationModel->getOrganizationProfile(); header('Content-Type: application/octet-stream'); header("Content-Length: " . strlen($content) ); header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=orgProfile.pdf'); $this->view->organizationProfile = $content; Now in view file I am doing this: echo $this-organizationProfile; But above download process print(echo) the content of file in firbug and does not download file in orignal format.
