JPG or BMP to YUV444

Dear All

I have to use YUV444 image for converting that image sample into RGB888 format. For that i have to convert jpeg image to yuv444 or bmp image to yuv444 image as i dont have yuv444 image format file.

Please can anyone guide me how to do this.
