I need to get rid off "access denied" messages which fills my find output. I've read man find (maybe not too carefully, hit me) and cannot find anything like
-s/--silent or -q/--quiet command line key.

With upgrade of VMWare Player I suddenly found my Debian Lenny VM not getting IP address. Some DHCP issue maybe, I don't know. So I have to set it manually every boot in Player window, via:

Can anybody confirm if by setting the the following environmental variables under debian lenny will make previous history entries not to be saved. GNU bash, version 3.2.39(1)-release

Swiftfox (a Firefox variant) is taking ages to load in my Debian Lenny system.
