Problems with Jquery Plugin: "ajax_postup"

I'm using AJAX_POSTUP. When i make a request it sends a file to a bowser [offers to download] (the files content are params of the action methods). Does anyone know whats going on and how i can avoid this problem???

i'm not aware of other plugins such as AJAX_POSTUP
