Where is the script editor in google spreadsheet?

Hello

I just stumbled upon this link and wanted to try it out. Yet, if I open a google spreadsheet, I have no scripts submenu under the tools menu. This was with firefox 3.0.15 and IE 7.

Unfortunately, I didn't find anything that indicated why there wouldn't be such menus with my spreadsheets.

Does someone know more about this?
