Is there any chord recognizer software or vst available?

I wonder if there is any plugin available which can be used to recognize the chord of any recorded instrument or vocal? So i can use it in any DAW ( as ex. Adobe Audition 3, Cubase Sonar 8 etc.) n load my vocal to recognize the chord?
