You're working freelance with several small remote clients and you want to have a meeting via webcam. What do you use?

Please consider price, video quality, and minimum hassle for the clients. I'd prefer my clients don't have to pay anything or install anything for it to work. I'm already serving VNC in a Java applet, so something like that would be nice.

Skype is awesome, and oovoo looks great, but I'd like to have more than one client on the line at once without them having to pay a subscription too.

Something like Ustream.com or Justin.tv would be nice, but it would be better if all parties could talk.
