I'm using linux fedora 12 dell inspiron 1545 . But today suddenly touch goes weird. Few things I can't click( say menu ) - but clicking on firefox tab closes it. scrolling works.

Multi-touch works fine on Windows 7 with: two-fingers scroll vertical and horizontally, two-finger tap for middle click, and three-finger tap for right click.

When X.org boots up, Synaptics touchpad works well. But when I remove the module it falls back to /dev/input/mice and don't use normal driver even when touchpad is available again.
