how to get to accounts menu of Messaging on Windows Mobile 6.1?

I'm trying to delete an email account from the Messaging app in Windows Mobile 6.1 . I foud this website http://dsaxman.com/mobile/how-to-delete-an-email-account-on-windows-mobile-6-1/ that explains it, but the step where they go from the Home screen to the list of accounts on Messaging I'm getting stuck at.

Instead of seeing the list of accounts ( The image under "3. Once you are in the messaging application:" ), I see a list of emails from specific accounts. How do I get to this menu?
