window services works after local account used before this account

Hi

All of a sudden my window services app after installation does not start(Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do) uses custom user, if i change the logon setting to use local system account and click start works fine, then when i go back and change to use this account (local user-> custom user under user group) and then click start it works fine, why didn't work in the first place????????????
