this code is supposed to be used in VB. port number and IP address is available. how to prevent packets from entering is to be known. Its similar to the work a FireWall does.

I want to skin a vb.net app I made ive googled some stuff and I've seen skinned vb.net apps.

I have three forms similar to the one in the link.
I want add a Total textbox to every form.
The total will add the values that will be entered in the montant textbox.
