I'm using the Google API to get a user's location on this site. How would I go about getting the weather for that user from Yahoo or somewhere?

I am looking for a Weather API Provider for a company web site that is free of charge.
Google API is unofficial, Yahoo and Wetter.com are for personal Websites only, so they don't fit my needs.

Hi,
In the weather.com site it has forecast for 10 days.
For example, in this url: http://www.weather.com/weather/narrative/GRXX0004
I cannot seem to find a feed for that kind of data. Could I pull a feed for each one of those days?
Is there something I am missing? How could I easily parse data…

I am wanting to create a very simple weather app which only gives the current weather but in the UK. I have done a bit of searching but have yet to find a free API that I can use which works specifically for the UK. Does anyone have any experience of this or any suggestions?
