Is it possible to somehow force all IP traffic through our corporate OpenVPN server by just changing the client config?

I am trying to set up my router to use OpenVPN and have gotten quite far (I think), but something seems to be missing and I am not sure what.
Here is my configuration for the client:

EDIT: We connected an air card to the computer to use a different Internet connection and using the Cisco software, we were able to successfully connect to our VPN server. I just don't understand why the ShrewSoft VPN client would connect but the Cisco connection won't.
