Does anyone know of an existing implementation of a sortable behavior for Doctrine? I'm actually amazed is isn't in the default behaviors since it's such a common thing in most webapplications.

I have been trying to resolve my issue of spiking cpu caused by php-fpm processes. I've reduced the php-fpm config settings to:
pm = ondemand
pm.max_children = 12
pm.start_servers = 2
pm.min_spare_servers = 2
pm.max_spare_servers = 10
