Visual Studio Could not load file or assembly

Hi

I'm getting this problem in VS

Could not load file or assembly 'testProject, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have no idea what might be wrong since the project is there!
