Trouble with wireless driver on a Dell Latitude D830

After uninstalling Dell's wireless utility I get a new hardware found dialog that can not find any driver for my wifi card on it's own. I'm running Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3, and I would like to use the default wifi handler since dell's utility does not work with my company's wireless switch. I did try downloading the recommend driver from the dell support site
