I am looking for a CSS editor that is decent and free to use. I looked at couple but not sure which one to use or even if there is a better one that I am missing out on.

I have the following problem.
I installed mod_pagespeed but i am not getting the results i want!
It does rewrite my css and changes the to the cache url but its not combining the css files.
