Hello, Is it possible somehow to get status of a HBA card using PowerShell or any other API instead of logging to a server and run "powermt display path"?

After upgrading to 13.04 from 12.10 Lubuntu lost audio playback after unplugging usb soundcard (Polycom) and plugging it back in.
