Sometimes, when I submit a form that gathers checkbox data, the checkbox data displays perfectly and other times, the values don't display at all. Any ideas what could cause this?

I have been trying to resolve my issue of spiking cpu caused by php-fpm processes. I've reduced the php-fpm config settings to:
pm = ondemand
pm.max_children = 12
pm.start_servers = 2
pm.min_spare_servers = 2
pm.max_spare_servers = 10

Hey Guys -
I'm at my wit's end with this.
Can anyone see anything wrong with this line? The function won't fire by clicking on the checkbox for some reason, but the calling function works fine (if I copy the exact "onclick" attribute over to the label for the checkbox, it works fine).
