How to reduce the size of output in adobe premiere?

I am a beginner in adobe premiere pro, trying to make AMV. And I've come up with an output file of 900Mb, and its only a 4 minute AMV. I've only followed the default settings in saving, how do I save it in such a way that it will be reduced to a friendly size, maybe 20-30 mb?
