I have been trying to resolve my issue of spiking cpu caused by php-fpm processes. I've reduced the php-fpm config settings to:
pm = ondemand
pm.max_children = 12
pm.start_servers = 2
pm.min_spare_servers = 2
pm.max_spare_servers = 10

php_admin_value[memory_limit] = 128M

while restarting the mysql server first it show me the running status and after 2or3s it stops running automatically.
