Is there a plugin/extension to disable CSS on certain sites and not others when browsing?

Hey guys,

Is there a plugin/extension to disable CSS on certain sites and not others when browsing? Sort of like the ability featured in web dev toolbar plugins, but selective and automatic.

Any ideas?
