Moving WLM contents to an alternative web based email client

I want to get away from Windows Live Mail and onto a web email client that will do the same job. I need to be able to access my saved emails when I am traveling, can't be done with my desktop sitting at home.

What is the best alternative to WLM that can be accessed and utilized on the web? Thanks for the help
