i am new for facebook application

please help me for how to start and what is basic steps for add application to facebook

i have used facebook toolkit 3.1 beta version.

but after authentication it will generated error...

i want to create iFream application

i want to craete gift send application. so which one is best iFream or FBML.

Please it is urgent help me.
