I can change to standard dvorak by running setxkbmap dvorak, how do I change to right handed Dvorak, is there a new keymap I need to download?

I use Macbook Pro 13", Mac OS X 10.5.8, and I mostly only use the keyboard on my mac. There are only two Dvorak Settings. I only use standard Dvorak so far. How can I enable Dvorak for right hand or left hand only?

Hi, I just configured a Hebrew-Dvorak keyboard with Keyboard Layout Manager.
What this means is that when I hold Shift+any key, the input is the capital English letter.
It works just fine, however, hot-keys that involves the Ctrl key aren't being triggered when the input language is set to Hebrew…
