SCM Error: 155007 on Xcode with Subversion

HI, I am on Mac OS X 10.6.3 with Xcode 3.2.2 (iPhone SDK) and whenever I try to commit an entire project (this project has not been committed yet and there is nothing in the root svn directory) it gives me the error:

Error: 155007 (Path is not a working copy directory)
Description: 'PATH TO PROJECT (for privacy)' is not a
working copy

if it helps the SVN hosting is being provided by Codehesion (NOT an advertisement in any way :P)
